Comfy bed, rooms not too hot, nice and clean

Room was good was Good was Accessibility room In a bathroom In Bedroom was Twin Bedstge Receptionist pushed them together but wasnt good Sleep I fid requedt on N BOOKING 1 Double Bed which didnt get think was problem when I arrived given it somebody else I booked months ago Also was Youths in Alley by side Hotel Building nxt door Weatherspoons pub went on from 10pm to 2-30am And window is Double glazed was Horrendous Noise Shouting No Respect for people in Hitel Wasn't there fault either Need yo mo

Staff could have been more friendly and welcoming on arrival. Limited information provided even though I have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions. Cleaning staff were more friendly and approachable than reception staff. I stayed in room 311-the window was tricky to close and there was a slight draught coming through it. Duvet was very thin and a thicker one would have been appreciated at this very cold start to January. The heater was great, but made constant clicking noises, so did not leave it on overnight. Great views across the city and the room was clean and spacious. The room was very quiet at night as it was situated at the back of the hotel.

Very close to shops, wetherspoons next door . Parking not very good tiny carpark next to hotel payment by machine or Ringo app but app only problem is its a short stay app only lets you park for 24hrs . When booking through hotels .com requested pay at hotel but payment was taken 2 days before arriving hotels.com or Go2 hotels haven't been able to tell me why or who did it?

Everything was great

The hotel is well located in the city centre, which makes it convenient for a short stay. The room was clean and the heater worked properly. However, there’s no fridge to store food items, and Wi-Fi is NOT provided. In addition, there are only two power outlets in the room, which can be inconvenient if you need to charge several devices such as phones, tablets, power banks, or laptops. It’s essentially a place to sleep. The staff were polite and friendly, and there’s a Tesco Express right on the corner, which was very convenient.

For the cost and location this room was perfect. Nice a warm too and bed was comfortable.

Housekeeping didn’t want to empty out trash. I rarely ever ask for housekeeping anywhere because I don’t want to be a bother. But, we stayed several nights and I really wanted our trash emptied.

The simplest of hotels with no services at all. Clean but tatty and very minimal facilities - no bar, no breakfast, only tea making in room. All this despite being around the same price as Travelodge/Premier Inn

In my recent trip no one came to replace tea bags and milk fresh towel has not been put during my last day and there was no shower gel on the bathroom plus there was a bag small bag of rubbisb lying close to my room door from second day to last day of my trip very disappointing compared to my last trip last trip of two nights was absolutely fine.This time I had to come down to collect tea and milk

First room turned out to be unsuitable because of outside work noise but the helpful staff moved us to a quieter room.
