great location; friendly staff

Very convenient, just located next to the Cambridge train station. And there are supermarket &some restaurants nearby. Just next to the taxi stop of Cambridge station, also close to bus stop, so is very convenient to travel to Cambridge city centre (fyi walkable distance for around 20-30 minutes). Staff are nice and willing to explain & help. The room is neat and tidy, suitable & would recommend for short stay.

I stayed in a disabled room and the space is wide enough.

差不多下午四點去到check in 但是房間還未有，因為正在清潔中，再等多廿分鐘還是未有，我訂的是雙床房，最後俾咗一間double bed room 只好加床，令我兒子睡得不好。

地點絕佳，早餐可另購，內容合理及性價比高。景觀開揚，房間配套及設備尚可。

The hotel is next to the railway station and not far away from restaurants.

位置好，在火車站附近，有巴士去市中心只係五分鐘，周圍有coffee shop 和超市，甚為方便。

Room carpet needed a clean. One towel system was inconvenient. Generally ok but pretty basic.

The room was in good condition and clean. There were 3 main issues with the room: 1. The duvet was a very thin summer duvet even though we're in the middle of December! This made it harder to stay warm overnight 2. The AC unit was very loud (even when off) - humming continuously and making loud noises at random times, which was very annoying and hard to sleep through 3. The front door and wall were so thin you could very clearly hear all the noises through the corridor - especially as my room was right next to the doors, it was very noisy every time anyone walked through. I got woken up from this in the night and early morninh

Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast good and good choice. Also catered for those with allergies eg gluten free, oak milk etc. impressed. Room clean and adequate.

Clean and a very quiet room. Staff are very nice and friendly., Good location by the railway station and many restaurants and convenience stores close by.

Was looking forward to breakfast, to set us up for a day shopping. The cooked breakfast was unbearable to eat. Would of broken my teeth trying the hash browns and bacon. So only had cereal. Very disappointed.
