Very convenient, just located next to the Cambridge train station. And there are supermarket &some restaurants nearby. Just next to the taxi stop of Cambridge station, also close to bus stop, so is very convenient to travel to Cambridge city centre (fyi walkable distance for around 20-30 minutes). Staff are nice and willing to explain & help. The room is neat and tidy, suitable & would recommend for short stay.

I stayed in a disabled room and the space is wide enough.

差不多下午四點去到check in 但是房間還未有，因為正在清潔中，再等多廿分鐘還是未有，我訂的是雙床房，最後俾咗一間double bed room 只好加床，令我兒子睡得不好。

地點絕佳，早餐可另購，內容合理及性價比高。景觀開揚，房間配套及設備尚可。

The hotel is next to the railway station and not far away from restaurants.

位置好，在火車站附近，有巴士去市中心只係五分鐘，周圍有coffee shop 和超市，甚為方便。

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. The basic needs are all well taken care of.

Room was clean and functional. Air con very welcome. Check in and out quick and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, lots of variety. My only complaint is that on the second morning (20/07) it was very busy and it took a long time for tables to be cleaned so not many places to sit.

Loved the location of this hotel, just a couple of minutes walk from the station so ideal if arriving by train, as we were. Plenty of good cafes, pubs and mini supermarkets close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't fault them. Cafe on the ground floor was also a bonus, food and drinks fab. Will definitely stay here again.

Room 474 has some issues, bathroom walls have not been cleaned as you could see. Light switches very loose, which could be very dangerous. All rooms need a complete revamp. Worse hotel I've stayed in for a long time, and at £200 was no where near value for money. Breakfast was terrible, and very haphazard.

Terrible service; terrible Hotel and terrible cancellation policy. My Partner’s Mother passed away on the day of check in and despite leaving on the same day, despite Expedia’s best efforts; your greedy Hotel chain has chose profit over consideration for the personal issues of your guests - awful, selfish and unethical practices that should not be tolerated by anyone.

This particular Ibis was great and I would 100% stay there again. Each of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was pretty basic but also more than enough and had everything you would expect/need. I appreciated that the room has decent floor space. Heads up that there is a step to enter the bathroom.

Very quick check in, service on front desk was excellent. Standard of room was high and it is right by the station - but with no noise from it. A good price and would certainly stay again.

But wifi isn't free. Interesting.
