Very nice stay . Staff very helpful and friendly. Room comfortable and clean . Old hotel but all good. Not the Ritz but perfect for a short trip like we did.

First room offered was not nice so asked move get better room but still cleanliness needs upkeep. Under bed not hovered dusty. Dusty window seal. Bathroon door handle questionable marks. Bathroom seal and floor bag need clean. Sheets and towels clean and white. Staff were friends and helpful and food was nice. But don't think worth price i paid.

Staff were great, location convenient and breakfast was good.
Room was nice, but as has been noted elsewhere, no air conditioning so the room was hot and the windows were secured shut!

Location perfect for Franklin Gardens and exploring Northants centre. Bathroom very tired, needs a deep clean and redecorating. Everyting else was excellent.

Great staff and easy access from the car park and a short walk from the station, Room was spacious and well designed. Internet was fast and room temp was good. Breakfast options were good and plentiful. Not the place to be if you want a quiet night. It’s on the same site as a music venue and noise pollution into the early hours is usual particularly over the weekend. The bathroom could definitely have been cleaner and was not up to the usual high Ibis standard. But overall a good place to stay
