I slept really well, it was clean, comfortable, just missing some biscuits around the kettle area as I arrived quite late, but excellent value, and the breakfast was very nice.

I wouldnt stay here again when it's hot. No AC in the room. Window barely opens. Good location and council parking nearby is well priced.

The room its self was clean and tidy nice freshly made bed. The staff were all nice and friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was okay could have done with a bit more choice on the cooked breakfast. The only thing that was a slight downside was parking as there is no onsite car park I had to use a car park that was a slight walk away from the hotel.

I checked in (friendly and efficient staff) and noticed the terrible condition the place was in. The corridors and the bar area were bleak and did not give me a safe or welcoming feeling at all. The carpets in the corridors were worn out and knackered and don’t get me started on the room. Old, in urgent need of a revamp and downright depressing. Despite having paid for the night, I decided to leave and went to another hotel at the other side of town: comparable price, modern and taken care of. Best decision ever. No more Ibis for me ever again. I will not use the word that comes to mind when I think of this place, but I guess you can work it out.

Staff very friendly. Room was ok. Our TV didn’t work & the toilet seat was loose. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is in the public car park attached to the hotel. £8 for one night in the car park , quite reasonable.
