酒店整潔，空間寬敞，安靜隔聲。 因房間景觀面向足球場那邊，很開揚

We had a lovely comfortable stay whilst visiting relatives. The room was warm and spotless. The breakfast and bar service very good. The hotel is central and handy for everything.

We went in , no one at reception, but was a lovely girl when some one did come , breakfast AWFUL, we was upgraded in room for some reason , but dont know what a standard would be as this one tiny , you have to walk in closed off shower to close door and go to toilet

Everything was great but we could release the plug in the sink we called reception explained we needed to go out as we had show tickets, within minutes the manger came and mended the sink! Fantastic service thank you 😊

Hotel reception very clean and lovely smell. Easy check in. Breakfast very tasty

Great breakfast . Rooms lovely and comfortable- they had some issues with heating due to very cold weather but sorted it out . Rooms could possibly do with a deep clean as ceiling had a few cobwebs which heating vent highlighted by blowing them around .

Clean hotel and room, very comfy bed and great selection at breakfast including hot items. Ideal location near to the city centre and rail station, or car parking if you drive there. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Had a great stay at the hotel, really pleased I did. Being really picky, the lift had issues reading cards before you select the floor you want, which was a bit annoying, and my shower wasn't very powerful for hot/warm water (only cold), but I made do, and didn't mean too much, it still wouldn't deter me from booking the hotel again. Overall, a great stay.

Clean room, great city centre location

Reception staff were great, Barman less so. Room was warm, even though we turned off heating. Good value for money for one or two night

Stayed for 1 night, location is perfect centrally,Room was clean , a bit on the small side , staff were helpful and extended our check out till 2 pm for free and underground parking was perfect and free for disabled blue badge while normally it cost £10. still miss few things for a 4 star hotel; like the room is not sound proof, we couldn’t sleep at night because of the neighbours noise, and there are no disposable slippers in room to use in the bathroom. that’s why I need it to take off the one star.

Room was excellent, upgraded and Service Team on front desk very good.
