Clean and large room, comfortable bed, central location, all in all great value for money.

Fabulous stay. Family room lovely. Breakfast really good.

I travelled by public transport. Hotel very convenient to Sheffield Train Station. Amenities on site were ideal for my purposes.

Parking was easy though we have a electric car so the rules for paying for parking while charging are not clear and the staff wasn't sure about how it worked. Once we moved our car after charging, we were fine.

Clean room. Parking nearby is subsidised.

Parking not available in car park suggested, however if you use the NCP car park and take the token to reception on leaving it is £11 for 24hrs instead of £24!

Stayed on business and it was perfect. I’ve been staying at other hotels in Sheffield for years but this will be my go to hotel from now. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. Staff were very helpful. It’s handy for bars and restaurants (and shopping). Recommended

Really easy to check in and out. Staff al friendly and helpful. Room really lovely and comfortable for the price. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room nice and clean. Breakfast was great with good selection of items. A great stay for a great price. Would definitely stay there again.

Ok - check was a long affair even though we had done the online check in - with only one staff on duty it made no difference

Booked an Executive Room. All booking documents and the online check-in email clearly stated check-in at 3pm and check-out at 12pm. However, on arrival I was told that Executive Rooms actually allow check-in from 12pm and check-out at 2pm. This was extremely frustrating, as I had paid for a train arriving at 3pm and an early return train, not knowing I could have arrived earlier and stayed later. If this information had been made clear in advance, I would have planned my travel very differently. Additionally, previous Executive Room benefits seem to have been reduced without explanation. There used to be two free drink vouchers, two free coffees, and 20% off food and drink. Now it’s only two free coffees and 10% off, which feels disappointing for an expensive hotel and an “Executive” room. Overall, the stay itself was fine, but the poor communication and reduced benefits made it pfeel like poor value for money.
