近火車站，主酒店治安OK，但他們的附屬房間在後面橫街大廈，有兩晚回去時有不良青年喺度，如你們人多都問題，但得女仔就要小心，或可訂房前和他們溝通要訂主酒店。 cp值很高 ，早餐很好食。 在Stratford 火車站轉車比在Liverpool street 轉地鐵更方便。

It was a nice experience staying in Lucky 8 during my stay in London. The quality and quantity of breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the railroad station thus it’s convenience to go to the central London .

酒店就在火車站旁，每朝5:30開始有廣播和火車噪音，直至晚上12:00左右。有睡在火車月台感覺。如果緊鎖窗口，雖可減低噪音，但房內無空氣調節，會十分侷促。 酒店位於低下階層社區，晩上要鎖上大門以防備外人進入。

Good hotel to stay. Value for money and close to London.

重建的酒店,一切東西都是新的.酒店位於第四區,鄰近火車站,交通便利.房中設備齊全,連保箱都有,只是沒有空調和衣架.早餐十分豐富,水準直逼郵輪.服務員十分友善,樂於幫忙.

No Parking , No Breakfast; too many stairs ... no lift , beds are pathetic , broken base ...., expire mattresses ; no foam left inside only feel the springs..... shower no water Pressure ... no body wash ... drugs smells on the way to Rooms...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SCAM, withholding a holding deposit even though I checked out within 10 minutes of arriving. My bank has given me instructions for them to follow and they will not, and shout at me down the phone. Firstly, there is no parking like advertised, it is for management. I walked into the room and the smell of rotten meat hit me, it smelt like an unhygienic butchers. The windows were wide open, so they clearly aware. The bed was dirty, hard springs. Refusal of refund but thankfully hotels.com stepped in and have supported me with this. 1* is one star too many!! I am sorry to leave a bad review but this is a warning to any potential future bookings.

I didn’t stay here because the recent reviews were terrible and I was unsure I would be safe. I was also concerned about the cleanliness and the bed bugs. They refused to refund my money so I am out of pocket. I have used hotels.com for many years but their customer service was not good and I would go so far as to say patronising. I do not need anyone to explain to me that a review is based on someone’s personal opinion or how a deposit works. Both the hotel and website have lost a customer

Honestly avoid this hotel. The location is good but the hotel itself OMG such a poor condition. Terrible mattress, old smelly carpet, the room had a strong body odour. When I asked to change room i found out all rooms smell like this as i was shown about 3-4 rooms. They hold £100 deposit in case you damage something. Nothing in the room has value more then £50. I would not return to this hotel. It needs a complete refurbishment. Avoid

Carpet needs a deep clean. The room is tired, and the noise at night is a joke! Doors banging, running up and down the stairs, loud talking at all hours. Zero consideration for other guests. I will say the hotel is conveniently placed though, and near the train station, local high street for food, drinks and basic shops.

I made my reservations online . When I got to the hotel , the rooms do not look like what's shown in the pictures . Then they are asking for payment to be paid in cash , even though it's been booked online with credit card. The pillows are so flimsy and flat like a pancake. They don't even provide toiletries.

Two stars. This is because I actually stayed at the Park Hotel, which was 2 stars. Rather than tell me that the room was under maintenance before time, they told me when I turned up for the room. Without asking for consent, they'd booked me into 'their sister hotel', the Park Hotel 5 mins drive away from where I'd wanted to be. This shouts of a scam using the 3 star at a decent price, as a front for filling out their unused rooms in lesser establishments. I will be complaining further.

Das Hotel ist nur 3 Gehminuten von der Station entfernt und dadurch sehr gut angebunden. Das Personal des Hotels war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer an sich war okay für eine Nacht, mehr aber auch nicht. Die Matratze vom Bett war sehr durchgelegen. Das Badezimmer roch stark nach Chlor und der Boden leicht feucht.
