I stay there 3 night First night was horrible they gave me a room in what looks like an attic with no A/C ( keep in mind there were a heat wave in Europe too)tithey supply me with a small fan . The furniture in that room with like someone picked up from the street trash. When I complained and ask them to cancel the other 2 nights they refused but they switched me to another room a lot bigger and lower floor and this s time they gave me a better fan because again no AC first time in my entire adult life that I sow a hotel do not have an AC . Again the furniture in the room was also just as bad . Also when I asked for more towels I think he said that I have to pay but I don’t remember exactly Anyway I couldn’t get the towels. The staff was nice over all though

The room key card only worked about one time out of ten. As a result, and with no lift available, we had to repeatedly go up and down the stairs to get it working. We also experienced the exact same issue with another room, so this was clearly not an isolated incident. The condition and maintenance of the furniture also need improvement. Ironically, guests are required to pay a security deposit for the furniture, yet its condition does not reflect that. The basic amenities were disappointing. The soap dissolved almost immediately, and coffee was only available upon request. Unfortunately, we also experienced allergic reactions during our stay, which raises concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards. Overall, we are disappointed because we have stayed at competing properties that charged less while providing a much better experience in terms of both quality and service. A real shame.

Room had bed bugs and refused to return money, staff was useless. Honestly don't even want to go back to London because of such a bad experience. If I could give negative stars I would. I don't know how this place is still running.

The hotel is in an excellent, highly accessible location close to shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and tidy, though limited parking meant we were lucky to find a space. Unfortunately, the room's furniture was damaged and unusable, which impacted our comfort.

The room and the hallways smelled strongly of urine. They take a £50 deposit from you and ask for a lot of information once you check it, even if it was all pre paid. Overall it left us feeling uneasy and we will not come back.

This hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a simple and comfortable place to stay. While the hotel does not offer many amenities, it provides everything needed for a pleasant stay. Its location near the station is a major advantage, making travel very convenient.

Warning , you will be asked give all your details on arrival even if you have already given them all to book the hotel. You will have to pay £100 deposit upfront on top of your arrival. I stayed for 2 days ago and I’m still waiting for the deposit back, I have called the hotel and they are blaming the bank . The parking is very limited and all on street parking is expensive but free at 6:30pm . I would not stay here again

Good value for the money.

Plenty shops and restaurants nearby, steps from illford station. The duvet cover was my only trouble. Otherwise, many amenities you won’t need

Booked a double room, was given a ground floor family room. Problem was it was street level, so couldn't hVe window open. Next door was a family room and whoever was above me must have been running with concrete boots, especially at 1am and 7am, where the ceiling was thundering for an hour each time. Rooms were functional but dated. Staff were great and went to speak to the noise makers when I went to reception. Location is 2 mins from Ilford Station, and opposite the exchange, so top notch location

Nice place to stay on budget and many restaurants around. They had parking.

No Parking , No Breakfast; too many stairs ... no lift , beds are pathetic , broken base ...., expire mattresses ; no foam left inside only feel the springs..... shower no water Pressure ... no body wash ... drugs smells on the way to Rooms...
