Our bodies was damaged by bed bugs

Had me jumping to different building to sleep in different rooms

Unsichere, laute Umgebeng. Zimmerservice schlecht. Sauberkeit überhaupt nicht beachtet.

Very bad, i dont recommend it. Wouldnt be back

La habitacion le falta cambiar algunos muebles. Hay que dejar un deposito que me dijo el encargado duran como 14 dias en devolverlo

the staff were very helpful , the hotel is only 2 minutes from the Ilford Station to the Elizabeth line so was very easy getting into Central London even with the transit strike going on

Room wasn’t ready but after 2 hrs of announced no AC

The false narrative about the parking because the first day went i got a ticket for me parking in front of the hotel to go on booking because no parking was available

The staff was asking deposite I don't know why ? I already pay the money through the Expedia app I came with my partner on that time asking me deposit my phone switch off but it was disgusting 😞

The room is not as promised at all on a different site staff were so rude and disrespectful told me girlfriend shut up due to her being upset that they supprised a deposit when we arrived £100 on a £45 room just really agrressive in a terrible area will not stay again wouldn’t recommend

Service and entertainment was very proor

I liked the big shower and I liked the comfy bed and it was nice and quiet

Terrible from start to finish. Called and asked for a parking space . We got there and they were rude and said no spaces.we had to park 2 miles away as we got back the three empty spaces weee allotted to them No mention. Of needing a physical card to pay a deposit we had no card so they were happy to us not stay there and not refund us. We had to ask a stranger to pay for our deposit. Rooms were dirty and we think they had drugs all over the floor. Avoid

La chambre d'hôtel dans les combles était sommaire. Elle était identique aux photos de l'annonce. Cependant, il y avait beaucoup de points négatifs dans cette chambre. La literie n'était pas confortable (matelas à ressorts qu'on sentait donc mal de dos assuré, matelas tout taché ! Il est indispensable que la direction mette une housse de protection sur leurs matelas !). La porte de la cabine de douche est bloquée et ne se ferme pas entièrement. Attention à la double fenêtre au dessus du lit qui peut se déboiter et qui peut être difficile à remettre. J'ai allumé la tv par curiosité mais je n'ai jamais pu l'éteindre avec la télécommande sauf en la débranchant. 🤔 Le ménage était fait dans notre chambre le matin même quand nous y étions présents... La femme de ménage était obligée de passer au minimum l'aspirateur sur la moquette malgré qu'on lui ait dit s'il était possible de ne pas faire le ménage dans notre chambre. Le convertisseur d'eau chaude est capricieux. Après que j'ai pris ma douche la veille au soir, mon amie n'a pas eue d'eau chaude le lendemain matin au réveil... Le plus : le nécéssaire de toilette, le petit coffre-fort (non utilisé), les casiers en bois pour ranger nos affaires. La couette sur le lit. Les draps du lit étaient propres. Le prix du séjour était très convenable pour la localisation (gare à coté). J'ai connu bien pire en terme de satisfaction de prestation mais le matelas du lit c'est quelque chose !

First of all the woman at the counter was not helpful, she didn’t have answers to basic questions. I wasn’t even given a bill or receipt on leaving, my security deposit hasn’t been credited to me till now even after so many days of checkout, what kind of hotel is this that it takes the security deposit for so many days and there is no refund till now. Anyone not willing to lose their money should not book this hotel. The staff especially the female ones seems very unaware, unhelpful and clearly not trained for hospitality. Where is my security deposit?

The room was good. The bed was very uncomfortable though and there was dust and bugs on the headboard. I booked this for the free parking but for 30 rooms they only have 3 parking spaces And a possibility of another 5 on the opposite of the road. Of course all spaces were taken so I couldn't park there. Staff were very helpful.
