Located near the Regent Park & few Tube stations. Beautiful rooms with high class feeling. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

The lobby and reception are great and there's welcome drinking. But the room has a design defect for the bathtub. The restroom is too small. It's an old style hotel room.

no support what ever provided during my worst hotel experience.

Room was great with a comfortable yet modern design. Lounge access was worth it and the breakfast was amazing

Really good location within easy walking distance of the West End and tube access for areas further afield. Room was a good size and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Would stay again and also recommend to others

Me han cargado una consumición que no nos corresponde. He pasado varios mails al hotel y no contestan.

The staff were brilliant, I didn't use any of the facilities or bar etc. Unfortunately the room wasn't as expected teh floor was quite dirty the surrounding of the LEDs on the ceiling were falling off and as u open the door the vent above u was falling off. the room also was boiling hot and wouldn't cool down.

Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Kamers waren prima echter was het wel heel gehorig! Dus neem oordoppen mee. Ik kon alles van de buren horen: stappen op hakken tot snachts hele gesprekken. Ze geven aan rituals te hebben maar dat vullen ze op de kamers met iets anders. Dit was geen rituals. Verder top hotel, top locatie vooral.

Very nice, but a bit of a surprise when they add on a service charge. apparently it’s a tip.

Room was really lovely, exactly as expected. However, it wasn't the friendliest atmosphere when at reception and didn't feel overly welcomed. We also paid a security deposit for the one night stay and are having to chase it up 3 weeks later.

Everything was really good but the breakfast did let the whole experience down. It was luke warm at its best.

Check in und out war extrem schnell und problemlos. Lobby war wunderschön. Bad und Fenster waren leider alt

Checking in was really slow and the room was noisy

Booking was cancelled by hotel on the afternoon we were due to check in.

I liked the shampoo and conditioner.

The room received was not what I had booked, much smaller and lacking furniture. The checkin was something by it self, Grace was somehow useless, but things improved when the manager stepped in. Some few glitches here and there, like long waiting lines both in the Level lounge and the main restaurant for Breakfast, Room service menu didnt work when using QR code, no alternative printed menus when asked for it. Will I stay there again, probably not.

Stayed here loads of times, never disappoints!
