The staff were brilliant, I didn't use any of the facilities or bar etc. Unfortunately the room wasn't as expected teh floor was quite dirty the surrounding of the LEDs on the ceiling were falling off and as u open the door the vent above u was falling off. the room also was boiling hot and wouldn't cool down.

Room was really lovely, exactly as expected. However, it wasn't the friendliest atmosphere when at reception and didn't feel overly welcomed. We also paid a security deposit for the one night stay and are having to chase it up 3 weeks later.

The room received was not what I had booked, much smaller and lacking furniture. The checkin was something by it self, Grace was somehow useless, but things improved when the manager stepped in. Some few glitches here and there, like long waiting lines both in the Level lounge and the main restaurant for Breakfast, Room service menu didnt work when using QR code, no alternative printed menus when asked for it. Will I stay there again, probably not.

There was a small issue with the shower flooding the floor of the bathroom because the shower was did not go back far enough to bloc the water. The towel on the floor was not enough to stop the water. Other than that, the staff was amazing and VERY helpful. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of food even though the place was packed. The bartenders were very courteous, shout out to Eddie with the amazing drinks. I would book here again.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The mattress was extremely hard without topper or mattress protector and uncomfortable, even after moving rooms, and the feather pillows had no support at all. Basic amenities such as robes, slippers, and even a toilet brush were not provided . When I raised these issues, instead of resolving them, the hotel offered me an upgrade to a junior suite for £100 extra per day — which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. Staff made me feel awkward for complaining and offered no discount or goodwill gesture.On the positive side, the decor , food, cocktails, and bar staff were excellent, which was the only highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, if you value a comfortable night’s sleep, this hotel may not be for you.

However, the upper management lacked hospitality, more than once and with different people, when asking questions in person and/or over the phone I was met with impatience. Rooms are clean and comfortable and quite spacious. My issue was with the noise from outside and that I had one of those interconnecting rooms which I actually said I don’t want at check in. I have stayed here many times and hence the request otherwise you can hear everything from the room next door, they need to sort this out as it can be very unpleasant. There was a lack of amenities in the room, no vanity kit or face clothes which is actually a big inconvenience! The hotel is nice it’s just the little things that need sorting out. Please add casting to the TVs as I know in the level rooms it has this, but this should be a standard feature in every room now.

The property is old and doesn’t have good soundproofing, I could literally hear the guests next door as I’m sure they could me. Shower raider was broken, no vanity kit in room. Also no cast option on TV which is ridiculous in 2025, who wants to each terrestrial TV!
