Our stay at the Level at the Melia was fantastic, I have already recommended it to people I know. The staff were so attentive and helpful, the room was lovely, comfortable and clean, and we loved the perk of the executive lounge which comes with the Level. Everything about our stay was amazing, we’ll definitely be back.

This hotel was renovated fairly recently surprisingly the bedroom was falling apart. We had to hold the tap in the bathroom down before we could use it because it wasn’t fixed to the sink. Pillows flattened into nothing and the air conditioning control was right behind my head so kept flashing on with a bright light every time I turned over. Added to that, the wall are paper thin, so you heard everything going on around you. Would not recommend.

Room looked nice initially and spacious. But semen stains all over the sofa, Pictures Not secured to wall above bed, pillows were brown and stained, shower above bath was broken. Felt dirty.

Pro - Spacious rooms! Cons - We were initially given a room that wasn't to the standard that we expected. Small, no sofa, and had a bath with mold around the edges, and animal paintings that were rather unsettling. Not great! However, this was quickly rectified upon speaking to reception.

Great room size, excellent facilities within the level were a real plus. Great location with easy access to the tube. The only issue was the plug socket next to the bed was faulty, meaning this could not be used.

The staff were brilliant, I didn't use any of the facilities or bar etc. Unfortunately the room wasn't as expected teh floor was quite dirty the surrounding of the LEDs on the ceiling were falling off and as u open the door the vent above u was falling off. the room also was boiling hot and wouldn't cool down.

Room was really lovely, exactly as expected. However, it wasn't the friendliest atmosphere when at reception and didn't feel overly welcomed. We also paid a security deposit for the one night stay and are having to chase it up 3 weeks later.
