AVOID, the reason is that I stayed here for a few weeks a year ago and unfortunately changed rooms 6 times due to air conditioning (one worked one didn't, one didn't switch off at all) issues, parties through the night, traffic, then finally bathroom fan that just stayed on 24/7 very noisy. Finally got a good room but opposite the lift. Tried again recently but unfortunately the room had a window screwed permenantly open so went to 6 degrees at night in a cold snap, the heating had been intentionally disabled as I have a photo of the mains switch on. Main light not working room very dark. When I mentioned it to management they said switch was on which my current room in same position but Was working so in effect saying I lied. Sadly no reply after a full week after providing this evidence and chasing and them refusing to refund this one night. I never asked for previous refund first one as I got really ill due to the cold in the night. Even though there were very loud banging, and building works type noises throughout the week. Very disappointed, even the cleaning mid week she only changed the bed no towel no refills, no clean nothing. Photos attached. Emailed both front desk, spoke to them and the manager no refund, help or compensation. Avoid.

Building is tired but it’s reflected in the price.

This is like faulty towers where the maintenance man is the bar man etc etc found it v odd to have nowhere to hang clothes not even hooks on back of doors yet you get a luggage holder in a room that barely has room for a chair. Quite amusing really. Aircon doesn’t work and windows rattle in the wind when left open. Nice bed and shower but …

It was an alright hotel

Surprisingly good stay here. It's an ugly building but really comfortable inside!

The property was fine, staff could’ve been a bit more friendly, room was a bit smelly throughout. Mould everywhere in the bathroom.

Room was filthy, bathroom had crumbs all over and moldy bath and shower head. Breakfast was okay but only 1 person working so food was empty most of the time.

Shortly after check in. An unknown male was lingering in my corridor and attempted to force entry to my room. I immediately informed the reception of this scary situation. Who said they would try to send someone to assist. No one came, called me back or knocked on my room to reassure me. Awful.

Overall pretty clean. It potentially needed a deeper clean especially in the bathroom. The toilet was in a very inconvenient position. It felt very understaffed so special requests were missed on arrival and staff weren’t always available for myself and other guests, however they were helpful and attentive when they were available. Breakfast was standard and as expected. We didn’t use the bar or room service. The bed was comfortable and bigger than expected.

Väldigt trevligt läge precis utanför de mest hektiska delarna av centrum! Trevlig personal, fina rum. Bra luftkonditionering. Frukosten provade vi inte.

Very convenient hotel for access to town centre and riverside walk. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had plenty of variety. The room was comfortable and clean. We often stay at this hotel and we are never disappointed.

Staff were efficient. Room was good with a river view. Breakfast was really good.

They gave me a room without heating, just an electric portable heater

Ideal location

Felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bar we very welcoming for a meal.

Clean room on arrival the staff wasn’t helpful to which direction to go to our room only lovely area had a long walk down the Riverside The price was good for just one night

room was a bit tired but good size the sofa could have been wipe down able as it was stained stale smell as no ventilation no extractor fan in the bathroom good bed size and comfort
