Lovely hotel. Stayed 2 nights. Had housekeeping after the first night, which is unusual in these post covid days! Room was spotless. Bathroom a bit small. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient for Stratford station, friendly helpful staff. Room clean and comfortable.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast!

The place is conveniently located close to the Stratford station. Nearby mall access is also good. We used the Elezebeth line to get from/ to Heathrow airport. One station ride to the Abba Voyage concert on DLR.

HAD A CORNER BALCONY ROOM, HOWEVER NO FURNITURE ON BALCONY SO COULD NOT SIT OUT THERE WITH A DRINK TO ENJOY IT. MAY AS WELL NOT HAVE A BALCONY IF NO CHAIRS ON IT. ROOM WAS DISABLED ACCESSIBILITY ROOM. TOILET WAS TOO HIGH, SINK WAS TOO LOW, SHOWER ONLY DID A LITTLE DRIBBLE AND NOT EFFECTIVELY USABLE. YOU GET A WELCOME DRINK, BUT THIS IS JUST SOME "PUNCH" AND NOT TOLD WHATS IN IT. BED MATTRESS WAS TOO SOFT, BAD BACK IN MORNING. KETTLE AND DRINKS STATION WAS ON ONE OF THE BEDSIDE TABLES. SCALDING RISK. SHOULD BE ON A SEPARATE SHELF IN AREA AWAY FROM BED. THIS ALSO MADE SPACE ON BEDSIDE TABLE RESTRICTED NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO PUT BOTTLE OF WATER, PHONE AND GLASSES ON IT. NO CHARGING PORT HAD TO USE A PLUG RESTRICTING SPACE HERE EVEN MORE.

Staff location etc, excellent. The bed? Maybe it’s my American standards but it was uncomfortable, cheap mattress and lopsided. Other guest at the bar had the same opinion. It was tough to get any real rest in after long days out. Location was very good easy in and out. I would stay again, hopefully better bed.

Alright for a few nights, public transport nearby, friendly staff. If you need a bit of space to work, better go to the lobby. The 'desk' in the room is more like a shelf. Complementary ear-plugs in the room😶 If you are sensitive to noise from railways, you might want to ask for a room facing away from the railway.

Zimmer war eher laut wegen Zug

Fantastic location only 2-minutes walk from Stratford station. We had 2 double beds in one spacious room and had 3 staying over, so could easily accommodate 4 people. The building and the rooms are very modern and dark for a sound night's sleep. They are also very quiet. A superb location for many attractions whether it be for the London Stadium, Canary Wharf or, as in our case, a gig at the O2 Arena. Very highly recommended.

Great location for the ABBA arena, spotless room comfy bed, great staff everyone very friendly and polite even got a free birthday drink for myself and my fiancé would definitely recommend it and stay again

Staff were very courteous on arrival. the housekeeping of room excellant,clean and lovely thick white fluffy towels both days. Public area a bit tired looking and could do with update

Very clean hotel, near to train station, fast check in and loved that you could order late night pizza

Perfect stay thank you Moxy, very clean room with comfortable bed and lots of bathroom toiletries. Fab location for the ABBA show.
