방은 깨끗하고 편했어요 욕실에 컨디셔너 펌프가고장나고 샤워실 물이 안내려가 서비스 요청했는데 퇴실할땍까지 아무조치도 없어서 기분이 좋지 않았어요 샤워할때 컨디셔너는 쓰지도 못했고 물은 발목까지 차올랐어요

스트랫퍼드 지하철 역에서 가깝고 주변에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어 좋았습니다. 더블 + 쇼파 베드가 있는 방에서 머물렀는데 방 크기도 크고 좋았습니다. 스트랫퍼드 역의 경우 중심가로 이동이 쉬워 중심가에서 떨어져 있어도 중심가 이동이 어렵지 않았습니다. 기차역 주변이라 귀마개도 방에 준비되어 있던데 귀마개가 특별히 필요하지 않았습니다. 가족 여행에 가성비 숙소로는 괜찮았습니다.

Only stayed one night cannot fault the hotel, close to Westfield and stations. Very close to train line so you might experience some noise, we slept with the window closed and the air con on low so no issues.

Great stay, right by Stratford station and Westfield. Quiet hotel clean rooms. Decent breakfast.

The Moxy was a great place to stay! Nice relaxed vibe, great amenities and clean proper rooms. Being close to Stratford Station and London City Airport it is a well situated hotel for a city trip.

The moxy was ok. Nothing special for the price but had what was needed. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay which was a little disappointing for a 4 star.

Comfortable accommodation but our room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the very close train lines and was very noisy until around midnight and then started again around 6am. The trains didn't bother us though. Handy for the Abba Arena with an Uber costing around £6.50 each way

Great location, few minutes walk to the train station and Westfield shopping centre. Nicely decorated, rooms modern and very clean, loved the night lights. Only negative thing is our room was next to the train track so was a little noisy so maybe request other side of hotel. Would stay here again.

Great location for an event at Olympic Park! Plenty to do around the area too! Great price! Nice clean room & comfortable, in a room that was lovely & quiet to! Staff were super friendly & helpful, let us drop our bags early! There was a voucher for a complimentary cocktail, and food offered even if after the kitchen was closed, although we didn’t use these options, it was good to know that it was available!

Staff didn't seem very well trained, seemed like bar staff doing reception work against their will. Arrived at check in at 3pm as advised, checked in and showed ID, told room wasn't ready. Given a standard free drink, told to sit in the bar and we'd be told when ready. 40 mins later went and asked if ready and told we hadn't checked in. Had to show ID again, check in and told now ready. Room was clean and a family room for 3 friends but was a full accessibility room. Bathroom had a high toilet and a very low sink which was fine. The biggest problem was the temperature, it was locked at 26 degrees and the temp outside was 30 degrees so extremely warm. The sign above the thermostat said it couldn't be changed so open the window, would love to do that but the window handle etc had been removed so locked shut. It was horrendous and even went up to 26.5 in the evening. Spoke to staff on reception who said nothing to be done but they'd organise a fan. Which they didn't as another member of staff said there was only one and they were using that one. As we were at the end of a corridor we just propped open the main door as it was slightly cooler out there. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice. On check out, they'd taken payment without asking if correct card to charge. I asked for an email with invoice, staff member said that's fine, asked for email and after a while confirmed it had gone, I've never received it. Stay was OK but wouldn't stay again or recommend.

Claudio at the check-in set that welcoming and friendly tone and made me feel comfortable from the onset. This helpfulness and catering to my needs continued throughout my stay by the rest of the staff with whom I interacted. Breakfast provided quite a few satisfying options. The minimalist tone seemed to be the overall theme in my room, but some of us do like a bit of space to put stuff. There was a balcony with no place to really sit. Overall, the room was clean.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. 24 hr bar is great for female travellers who don't like wandering around on their own to find a drink.

Initially the location for us attending the abba voyage show was great. Tube and DLR 2 min walk and westfield 5 min walk for restaurants and shops. Check in and breakfast good. Unfortunately a few negatives did affect our overall stay and these would make me probably not rebook. On a hot day in london, the rooms are advertised as having A/C. This is not the case, its centrally controlled, meaning this can not be adjusted using the thermonstat in the room. Therefore our room was 25.5 degrees. This became unbearable. This wasnt helped by the fact that if we opened a window, there was no breeze but also workman were working on the building only 3 to 4 metres from our window. The noise of drilling and work was noisy and this started at 7.30 in the morning. We were not informed prior to or during check in, that any building work was being carried out during our stay. This is just common curiosity. The room itself was clean and spacious. The remote for the tv was however temperamental, this meant that we were unable to turn it off for over an hour when we were ready to sleep. Maybe the batteries were low? This should be checked routinely during housekeeping. The shower room although seemed clean, did have a lingering unpleasant smell of drains. Thankfully this did not travel into the mean room.
