I have stayed in a few hotels in Stratford and this is hands down the best value for money, particularly in terms of service and facilities.
Staff were all really friendly and accommodating; even made me a “make-shift” ice pack for a migraine that was crushing my soul at 9:30pm and I was grateful for it. I was sad to have a breakfast date elsewhere as the breakfast here looked elite. The facilities were comfy, perfect for working away from home and varied and I appreciated being able to make a hot drink without having to pay £4.50 for a tea bag and hot water! Free Pool table
Looked excellent and the cloth was in good condition (if you play Pool, you know!) I slept so well; I woke up briefly twice absolutely convinced I was in my own bed at home.
This place is going to be my go-to in Stratford now; hands down the new favourite.

스트랫퍼드 지하철 역에서 가깝고 주변에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어 좋았습니다. 더블 + 쇼파 베드가 있는 방에서 머물렀는데 방 크기도 크고 좋았습니다. 스트랫퍼드 역의 경우 중심가로 이동이 쉬워 중심가에서 떨어져 있어도 중심가 이동이 어렵지 않았습니다. 기차역 주변이라 귀마개도 방에 준비되어 있던데 귀마개가 특별히 필요하지 않았습니다. 가족 여행에 가성비 숙소로는 괜찮았습니다.

방은 깨끗하고 편했어요
욕실에 컨디셔너 펌프가고장나고 샤워실 물이 안내려가 서비스 요청했는데 퇴실할땍까지 아무조치도 없어서 기분이 좋지 않았어요
샤워할때 컨디셔너는 쓰지도 못했고 물은 발목까지 차올랐어요

Beautiful clean room, in fact it was immaculate. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming and with great knowledge too. Nice atmosphere in the bar in the evening. Fantastic choice for breakfast in the morning. Wish we could have stayed longer.

La stanza era abbastanza ok ma un problema di luce led a sensore ha fatto dormire la prima notte tutta la notte con i fari in camera!
Seconda notte ancora c li stesso problema ma con la colazione offerta ha smorzato la incassamento!
Quanto al rumore dei treni non me particolarmente dato fastidio anche se é un problema che credo loro sono abituati visto i tappi per l’orecchio in camera

Great shower pressure. Comfy bed. Clean. Easy access to the Tube. We didn't like the coffee at the breakfast bar. The fish and chips were not good either. We would stay here again.

Amazing location. Overall 5 stars; however, the person above me was trying out for the floor event for the next summer Olympics. My only complaint was you could hear every heavy foot stomp from above.
I would stay again, I’d just ask for the 6th floor. Great front lobby staff and clean rooms.

I had a bad experience on your hotel, don’t take me the hotel was fantastic but… the service from one of your employees was awful that almost destroyed my entire staycation. I went to the bar and asked for a drink a beer, was told that I couldn’t pay cash as the hotel is cashless I said that I wasn’t aware of I left my wallet in the room! I said that I could leave the just as garante and go and pick up my card, I was aggressively told that no and he took the pint 🍺 and throw it down in the sink in front of the other guests! That made me feel so little and a shame. As guest that shouldn’t be necessary. I could not going to the when he was there. But other members of the staff were absolutely amazing. I had a chat with the operations manager about it and show her the guy that did it.
