We stayed in this hotel because the location was near ABBA Voyage, being a nice walk of 25 minutes or one stop on the DLR just up the road. The hotel is really comfortable and clean and an excellent price for London. The staff were great. We have stayed at a Moxy hotel before and really like the rooms. Great shower, lovely touches like a light that lights up under the bed when you get out in the night. There is an ironing room on each floor. We love that you get a free cocktail upon arrival. The breakfast was really good ... lots of choice from a full English, to a good quality continental and lots of breads and pastries. All in all, a great stay- we will definitely return!

Super efficient check in. Nice touch with a free welcome drink. Rooms and hotel really bohemian and quirky in design. Spotlessly clean. Staff really friendly. Only downside is the noise from the DLR. But otherwise, absolutely first class! Breakfast was plentiful and really good. Lots of choice

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It took me a bit to figure out how to get onto the wifi, but once I was on, it was good. I becameca member and didn't realise I needed to restart my phone to access it. I'm not very technically minded. The staff and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. There was a good selection at breakfast, although I'd recommend going earlier rather than later as at 10am, it was quite busy and it was harder for staff to keep up with replinishing plates, cups, and sausages. Not their fault, it's just how it is when it's busy! The scrambled eggs were actually tasty, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay in a Moxy again.

The bed was really comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, the location is great for getting around as the station is so close. I also appreciated that the window in the room could open as I like fresh air. I didn’t like that you could hear the footsteps of the people on the floor above. The air conditioning system didn’t make sense to me and was hard to operate so the room was cold, not ideal when coming out of the shower. There wasn’t a phone in the room so no way to contact reception if I needed anything, this is also very questionable regarding safe guarding. My phone signal was exceptionally bad when in the room and you had to create an account to join the Wi-Fi which I didn’t want to do. If in need for one night it’s good enough, but I wouldn’t recommend staying any longer than that

Lovely hotel. Stayed 2 nights. Had housekeeping after the first night, which is unusual in these post covid days! Room was spotless. Bathroom a bit small. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is conveniently located close to the Stratford station. Nearby mall access is also good. We used the Elezebeth line to get from/ to Heathrow airport. One station ride to the Abba Voyage concert on DLR.

HAD A CORNER BALCONY ROOM, HOWEVER NO FURNITURE ON BALCONY SO COULD NOT SIT OUT THERE WITH A DRINK TO ENJOY IT. MAY AS WELL NOT HAVE A BALCONY IF NO CHAIRS ON IT. ROOM WAS DISABLED ACCESSIBILITY ROOM. TOILET WAS TOO HIGH, SINK WAS TOO LOW, SHOWER ONLY DID A LITTLE DRIBBLE AND NOT EFFECTIVELY USABLE. YOU GET A WELCOME DRINK, BUT THIS IS JUST SOME "PUNCH" AND NOT TOLD WHATS IN IT. BED MATTRESS WAS TOO SOFT, BAD BACK IN MORNING. KETTLE AND DRINKS STATION WAS ON ONE OF THE BEDSIDE TABLES. SCALDING RISK. SHOULD BE ON A SEPARATE SHELF IN AREA AWAY FROM BED. THIS ALSO MADE SPACE ON BEDSIDE TABLE RESTRICTED NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO PUT BOTTLE OF WATER, PHONE AND GLASSES ON IT. NO CHARGING PORT HAD TO USE A PLUG RESTRICTING SPACE HERE EVEN MORE.
