Room was very cold even with heating on.
Lights are very dark. In winter would have been difficult to use laptop
Staff very helpful.
Great that parking was close/onsite even if expensive
Kept asking for a passport to complete check in instead of offering an option for driving licence.
Digitalisation too fast. Older people would feel confused and their experience would have been poor. Let’s no discriminate and leave older people outside society while we focus on “inclusion “

Awesome. Second time staying and will certainly be back. Perfect location to the station and Northern Quarter. 5 min walk to Market Steet for shopping. Incredibly easy check in with no keys just a code and staff always available to help. We had a problem with our drains and a slight smell. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed while we were there but they did try and assure us that it would get resolved. Would not put us off staying again. Only other downside was the hotel bar is now closed, which is such a shame as it was beautiful. I hope someone takes that over soon. Thanks Native!

Room a bit dark and wasnt aware it was an accessible room.had a nice bath last time, had a shower with grab rails and seat.
Need more lighting in bedroom near mirror and a plug socket. Had to style hair stood on the bed to use mirror above headboard.

Äussert schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für den Preis eines Mittelklassehotel die Leistung einer Jugendherberge erhalten. Das Zimmer war nicht klimatisiert und hatte keine aktive Belüftungsmöglichkeiten. Keine Reception und keine Möglichkeiten die Koffer aufzubewahren.

Really impressed. Large building. You get whatsapp with your access details prior to arrival if check in online. We arrived a bit earlier and asked if any chance ourbrom was ready, it wasnt but they ahifted us to one that was so we could get straight in (around 1:30 instead of 3pm).
We had the premium 1 bed apartment. Was actually huge. Separate rooms for the bwdrokm, bathrom etc. Large dining and living area. Kitchen stakcdd with every utenail youd need etc.
Qalking distance to everything we needed, hand for tram/trainstation.
Absolutely no complaints, will stay again
