Nice decor and feel to the hotel. Great location. Nice shower and toiletries and amenities in room. Reasonably comfy bed. Smooth check in and check out and helpful front desk. Just a shame there was no external window.

Shafted us with a no window room right outside the lift which was incredibly noisy, on the first floor so noise from the bar also disturbed us, curdled milk in the fridge and no hot shower. No apology when we raised the issues at the time or after.

Nice rooms, good location and friendly staff. We had a one bedroom apartment which had plenty of space and good amenities including washing machine and dishwasher. Good proximity to Manchester Piccadilly station.

The music in the bar was intrusively loud the bar was cold and soul less The fire alarm went off at 8.00am with no explanation or apology

It's too dark inside the space, and the table and lighting set away from power sockets maybe offer an extension lead within the room to save dragging things around. Bedroom and bathroom both ok. TV wasn't the best and poor signal whenever it was on. The onsite team were helpful and friendly.

Most unique hotel we have stayed in. The room was spacious and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and shower cubicle. Good kitchen facilities. Great location-close to train station, walking distance to city centre. Would definitely recommend it to anyone to stay there.

Room was fab, clean and spacious. Contactless check in and check out was a breath of fresh air. Was great to have a code and not a key cad to lose. Will definitely be back.

Would recommend this hotel. Brilliant location right by the station and near the northern quarter and centre. Building was great, with a nice cafe/bar/restaurant on the ground floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room itself was stylish and very spacious.

Positive-location is great and flat lools amazing. Negatives- style over function, the lighting is very pretty but not functional, the layout and floor looks great but floors are noisey and loose in places. Bathroom and bedroom floors rocky and loose (which is a hygiene concern in the bathroom) . The double doors in lounge to adjoining room are not soundproof and it was very loud, they might as well have been in the room. Our neighbours were also in and out alot ao it was noisy till 3am. The main door to the apartment is in a shared hall and the shared door does not lock which is a safety concern esp with no lock or code on the lift. The building and gf bar/area was very busy and very loud. The main issue is the shared door causing sort an air lock that our fromt door sounds like its being opened every time next door open their door or the shared door. Sounds like someone is trying to get in and you can hear it in every room. The apartment was not spotless sadly. Also the pots/kitchen looks great but not functional , tiny bowls, tiny bin. Overall disappointing and we wont stay again which is a shame .

Clean and comfortable room

Hotel is great, unique due to the type of building. Apartment style is a great size for the money. Despite the rooms having brick walls and the building being a converted mill the rooms are very warm and cozy. Only complaint would be to have net curtains to let natural light in whilst retaining privacy.

I couldn’t get into my room using the code I was sent by WhatsApp. This was due to a technical fault. Unacceptable. However the receptionist was as helpful as she could be.

Great hotel

Lovely place, really comfortable bed and lovely and clean. My main issue is there is nowhere in the bedroom to do your hair or makeup. The mirror is above the headboard of the bed and no other mirror in the room. The lighting also isn’t great in the living room in the place that had a mirror with a plug. The location is great, easy to get around the city.

This was our second time staying at Native for work in Manchester. We really like the vibe of the hotel, that it has a car park below at a reasonable rate, it's in great walking distance of much of what Manchester has to offer and the check in is really simple. The bar area and restaurant serve delicious food and is a nice spot to just sit and work for a while. Our only slight gripe was that the bed is very firm. We'd previously stayed in a studio and don't remember the bed being so firm, so maybe it's just in the standard rooms? We would stay again though as it generally ticks so many boxes.

Room wasn’t ready on arrival but Staff were helpful and friendly and gave us a different room and some drinks vouchers for the bar while we waited. Code then didn’t work to access room but staff sorted it out promptly. Room was very spacious living area was large but didn’t look like pictures on website at all. Very bare looking and basic unlike photos on website which had lots of plants and soft furnishings and looked homely hence why I booked it in the first place. The sink in bathroom was completely blocked and full of hair which was disgusting, there is no way cleaners could have missed this when cleaning which makes me think they didn’t care and ignored it. The extra single bed in living room was ridiculously small for an adult and very uncomfortable. The main bedroom however was comfortable and we slept well although my 16 year old son slept terribly on single fold out bed which was also a lot smaller than photos on website. Doesn’t seem acceptable when paying a premium price. Television didn’t work properly kept loosing signal and picture quality and sound quality were bad. Definitely wouldn’t book to stay again lesson learnt. Traditional hotels provide a better standard and service compared to apartotels.
