浴室裏沒有浴簾/浴屏，洗澡時水會濺出，周邊都是水，希望這個設計可以改善。 住宿的空間十分大，一切用品齊備，環境舒適。工作人員十分有禮。 住宿周邊十分方便，有觀光巴士，鐵路亦很近。

Great location, great apartment, great stay

I’ve stayed at Native twice before, prior to Numa taking over. Things have hugely gone down hill, it is almost like there’s no management or checks of things taking place. Cleanliness is a huge issue, everywhere you looked there was stains, dirt or just things that have been left. When I got into the room the very first thing I noticed was a huge toenail that had been left on the sofa. It was 34 degrees and a very hot day, the bedroom ceiling fan did not work so I asked to change rooms. Even an upgrade to a premium one bed apartment was no cleaner. The sofa had huge clumps of hair and dirt all over and it was unpleasant to want to sit somewhere that had evidently not been cleaned. The bed was covered in stains which was disgusting. We had our dog with us, for £15 per night you get a dog bed, bowl and pack of snacks. Unfortunately some of the people who work there weren’t dog-friendly which made it uncomfortable and unfair, especially when it is advertised. The only good thing was the location. Even the underground parking had issues, the garage door was broken, the automated lights were broken. It was dangerous!

The property doesn’t have a restaurant or bar

The kitchen is closed. Breakfast is a dry bacon bap. I paid £30 for 2 bacon baps! Went to Dakota over the road for Breakfast!

The bed base and settee in the room were heavily stained and in need of replacing or a thorough thorough clean, we were also not informed of the bar and restaurant on the ground floor being closed for refurbishment this was disappointing as we had previously enjoyed this area of the hotel. It was chaos accessing the lifts due cleaning staff & their trolleys at peak check out time, this needs looking at

Very useful being so close to the railway station if you have luggage. Only complaint was the low hanging light fixtures in our bedroom. They may look trendy but were a nuisance. We hit our head on them several times. Staff were friendly on check in

We cahnged our plans at the last minute when we found a deal to stay here instead of a single room hotel. The one bedroom apartment really became our home away from home. Even a few nights in it didn’t seem like we missed out on a night out because it felt a bit like being in a new home. Even the sofa, which was not meant to be a sofa, functioned as one with a duvet covering it. We were very pleased with our stay. I will mention that there was a description of it being soundproof, which it is not- there is a large air gap between the door and the floor and neighbors coming and going with those heavy doors closing was a bit of a distraction. But it would not deter me from staying there again. Emma at the desk was a delight!

Normally a good stay, this time was not. They changed my room type without asking or communicating it to me. Normally it wouldn’t matter, but putting me in an accessible room without asking, just to suit the hotels needs is unacceptable. The sinks and switches are knee high. Handles, railings and alarms everywhere. Shower opening twice as wide. I also had to wait 24 hours for pillows and a fan. A very subpar stay this time. Not thrilled.

Beware that not all rooms are air conditioned. We booked a premium one bed apartment and there was very little that was premium about it. The bathrooms smelt of drains, bed and pillows were really uncomfortable and facing out into the lobby area. Super hot and stuffy with a one speed ceiling fan that did nothing. Not even a bottle of water provided. TV hardly worked. Loads of scuff marks and poor maintenance all over the ‘apartment’

100% would stay again

The aparthotel is in a great location - minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly station - and in a beautiful old warehouse. I was staying for nearly a week so loved having kitchen facilities, sofa etc and the TV had chromecast so I could properly feel at home and watch my usual shows etc.

Excellent location between Picadilly and the Northern Quarter. Spacious, characterful rooms. Spotlessly clean
