El alojamiento es tan cual se ve en la imagen, hemos estado en un estudio triple y la experiencia ha sido inmejorable.
La habitación estaba limpia,equipada con lo necesario para pasar unos días y la habitación estaba calentita cosa que se agradecía cuando entrabas del frío de la calle. Además tenía wifi gratuito.
El alojamiento está ubicado en una zona muy buena, con estación de metro y todo tipo de restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas en la calle de atrás. Hay una parada de autobús en frente del alojamiento.La calle del alojamiento es muy tranquila y no hay ruidos por la noche.
El alojamiento no tiene recepción, la recepción está en el hotel que hay enfrente y una vez que te entregan la llave puedes entrar y salir del alojamiento libremente.
Hay posibilidad de dejar el equipaje en una sala de acceso restringido del hotel si llegas antes de la hora de check in o cuando haces el check out y tu vuelo sale tarde y quieres aprovechar en día. Este servicio es totalmente gratuito. Yo lo utilice cuando hice el check out y pude aprovechar el día entero por Londres libre de equipaje hasta la hora de mi vuelo. En el check in no lo usé porque aunque llegue antes de la hora tenían mi habitación lista y pude entrar y dejar mi equipaje directamente (todo un detallazo).
Como resumen puedo decir que mi estancia ha sido de 10, este alojamiento es totalmente recomendable y si vuelvo a Londres sin duda que repetiré,

Excelente localização: muito próximo ao Hyde Park e praticamente colado a duas estações do Metrô (Bayswater, da Circle Line/linha amarela e Queensway, da linha vermelha), que dá acesso fácil e tranquilo ao aeroporto Heathrow (LHR).
Ônibus passando na porta (linha 70) e várias outras linhas passando nas ruas adjacentes.
Apartamentos bem pequenos porém, super bem equipados: possui uma pequena cozinha integrada ao quarto, com cooktop, micro-ondas, geladeira, pia e utensilios, o que nos deu bastante comodidade e economia na questão da alimentação.
Os pontos negativos ficaram por conta da cama que era muito baixa e com o colchão levemente retorcido, tbm sentimos falta de ao menos uma mesinha de cabeceira para apoio e de prateleiras no banheiro/box para acomodar os objetos pessoais.
Entretanto, o saldo final foi positivo: tivemos uma ótima estadia.
Certamenteme me hospedaria novamente e recomendo o New Kents Apartments.

Staff were friendly and polite, area was great. Unfortunately the property was not clean eg
*net curtains had large ? Blood stain
*bathroom mirror smudged
*outside of kitchen cupboards covered in greasy handmarks
*sofabed dusty, grubby and had ? Cigarette burn
Damage eg shower tap had concealed jagged edges, holes in bottom of bathroom door
Generally the apartment could do with a lick of paint and some tlc
I hate to leave negative feedback but i think if it had just been in need of decorating i wouldnt have minded so much, the fact that it hadnt been thoroughly cleaned was my prompt to leave this feedback to hopefully help the next person paying for this room.

Konumu hydeparka 7 dk, zemin katta oda isteğimizi yerine getirdiler. Güleryüzlü çalışanlar vardı. Odalar küçük ama fiyat performans diyebiliriz.

Siamo stati accolti da staff gentile e disponibile. Forse le condizioni della stanza erano discrete, al nostro arrivo c’erano alcuni danni che abbiamo segnalato in anticipo. Nonostante tutto, pulita e con il giusto necessario. Ottima zona per spostamenti con i mezzi e vicina a negozi, bar e fast food.

Ficamos em um quarto no último andar. Eram diversas escadas bem apertadas para subir com malas. No geral, a estadia foi ok, a propriedade é muito bem localizada. Em questão de conforto, deixa um pouco a desejar, banheiro muito pequeno e apertado, móveis bem velhos e bambos. Vale muito pela localização e pelo custo benefício se tratando de Londres.

After a long day travelling to London and an amazing night at a show we arrived at the hotel to pick up keys where the gentleman at the desk was very friendly but flustered as he tried photocopying my driving licence take deposits and verifying transactions all of which seemed a bit much for a one night stay! On finishing these checks he was very happy to tell us he had upgraded us into a better apartment which was lovely as we were away for my birthday. Getting over to the apartments was easy and after climbing the stairs to room 13 my husband passed me the bad whilst he unlocked the door and turned on the light to our horror the door opened straight onto the bed where 2 people were obviously not expecting visitors!! We then continued back over to the hotel in the pouring rain to sort the issue of which was sorted but not a great start to the booking!

Had a good 4 night stay for the cricket at The Oval, very close to Hyde Park and lots of amenities nearby - was advertised as an apartment so was surprised there was no cutlery there !

Location was great. Loved all the resturants and stores nearby. I liked the 24hr front desk.
The room was tiny and supplied with the most basic of amenities. The bed was tiny and creaky. The bathroom was the smallest one I've been in outside of an airplane. 2 towels and a bathmat. The bathroom smelled like an open drain. No handtowel or kitchen towel for the dishes. We were stuck with the 5th floor no elevator. My husband said its 58 stairs.
Thanks for the wobbly fan and the open window.
The overwelmingly perfumed smell in the hallways and the lobby was awful. Give it up. It stinks.
We happily left a night early.

Not really that pleasant an environment to rest in with renovations and angle grinders happening all day and tonnes of workers using the narrow hallway for large objects.
The shower was so cramped and the overall use of space needs a rethink.
The balcony was a lovely charm and proximity and overall service was the big win here

The location of the apartment was great. Very walkable and close to the tube, grocery stores, restaurants and park. The room itself was very much average. No air conditioning and the room gets quite stuffy, broken bathroom tiles and the floor felt gritty. It was adequate but certainly nothing above average, if not a bit below. Best thing about it was the location.

Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer im Keller mit Blick auf eine sehr verschmutzte Wand. Das Zimmer war angeblich fertig, aber es waren Krümmel und Staub auf der Arbeitsfläche und auf den Tischen. Es gab nur zwei Handtücher für zwei Personen, diese wurden in der ganzen Woche auch nur einmal auf Nachfrage gewechselt. Die Reinigung findet angeblich alle 3 Tage statt war aber auch kein einziges Mal in der Zeit wo wir da waren. Einen Save gibt es auf dem Zimmer nicht. Wir durften am zweiten Tag in ein oberes Zimmer umziehen weil die Matratze im Keller Appartement komplett durchgelegen war und man in ein großes Loch in der Mitte gefallen ist wenn man sich umdrehen wollte. Die ganzen Möbel sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt keine Möglichkeiten ein benutztes Handtuch auch mal zum trocknen aufzuhängen.
