Excellent for the price. Highly recommend.

Excellent value. Clean comfortable rooms. Although we faced the road, there was little traffic noise through the windows. Free parking around the back of the hotel.

Great little hotel. But the staff and owner make it special , they are friendly and caring and go out of their way to help make your stay comfortable. Breakfast cooked to order and it is good. Room and bathroom were clean , bright and bed comfortable . I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the amenities were top notch. As someone who was not familiar with Newcastle, the location was outstanding with a host of restaurants, a Metro station and the airport nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I cannot praise the staff enough for their kindness and support. I arrived late around 9:00 PM with my electric car battery running critically low. Even though the hotel doesn't officially have EV charging facilities, the staff member on duty went above and beyond to help me out. He was incredibly thoughtful and offered to let me charge the car using a three-pin plug from the building. While I chose not to use that specific method, I was so impressed by the gesture. It is rare to find a team so willing to think outside the box and offer creative solutions just to ensure a guest is taken care of. Highlights: • Customer Service: Top-tier and very empathetic. • Atmosphere: Welcoming and supportive from the moment I checked in. • Reliability: You can tell the staff truly care about the guest experience. They really do go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I highly recommend staying here if you value genuine hospitality!

Great breakfast

Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is always good and cooked fresh. We try staying here as often as we can when we are in Newcastle. Jesmond is a 20 minute walk away from the centre of Newcastle. With bus and metro transport options also available. Can’t rate the hotel or area highly enough.

Another excellent stopover stay at the Osborne Hotel, Jesmond. Special thankyou to Receptionst / Admin. laura who chnaged our room when we arrived so we could have a bath in the ensuite. Safe parking in spaces assigned to the hotel at the back. All staff as ever friendly. Excellent location close to many restaurants and the city centre. We went to a Chinese resuarant called Kwai Feh, 5 miles, away at Branton South, South Dr, Newcastle upon Tyne NE13 9DZ who do a happy hour meal deal and cheap cocktails befoore 7:00pm Mon - Thurs. While visiting the Northumberland coast we had Fish and Chips at the The Harbour View, Seaton Sluice - terrific but very popular so be prepred to queue, but well worh it. There is a an alternative F7#C at Suth shields called Colmans.

Another stay at this lovely hotel, with its comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Conveniently situated with excellent transport links to the city centre, local coast and other areas of Newcastle.

On arrival staff were very upbeat and chatty. Great room with a comfy bed and a great shower. Bus stop not far from door and 1/2 mile from a metro station. Breakfast was fab, all staff were great to chat to and helpful. Close to a few eateries and some convenience stores. Indian and Italian that are very close was excellent. Would recommend and stay again. 😁😁
