Room is neat, not too small. No slippers and toothbrushes provided until we asked for. Breakfast is good with variety of drinks and bread.

La réception et la partie restaurant sont vraiment généreuses et classes. Mais une fois rendu dans la chambre, c’est un peu décevant. L’espace est assez restreint, la literie est petite (on est loin du 200cm de longueur), la salle de bain est exiguë… et c’est surtout là le problème. Il n’y a pas d’espace même pour poser des serviettes. Les serviettes propres sont mises à disposition dans le placard se trouvant dans la chambre, il ne faut pas oublier de prendre le nécessaire avant de prendre sa douche. Le petit déjeuner est assez bien fourni et le choix est satisfaisant.

Spotless room, great amenities. I took the executive double. It was spacious, warm shower, comfy bed, had in room kettle, tea selection (english tea, green tea) coffees (caff, decaff), rituals hand wash, body lotion, body and hair wash and conditioner.

Tv did not work - reported to reception but was unable to resolve. Returned from theatre and called for room service - this was not available despite advertised

The checking was so smooth, Matthew was great we even gave us a late check out! We had a nice stay, they we only had few issues, one being with the shower pressure it was weak. Also temperature controls did not work as expected. The room was too cold and then too hot!

Ryan was very polite and helpful at breakfast and the 2 bar tender at night were also very friendly and well manored

The bed was not at all comfortable for two people to sleep There was a gap in mattress which made it really unpleasant

One of the most terrible experiences I have had in a hotel . Booked two nights on Expedia and the room given was noisy , poor heating . Complained and nothing was done . Felt like I was sleeping outside.No breakfast for the two days . Paid for extra night and then room was changed and this time was told could have breakfast the following morning . Told breakfast was meant for 1 and that we should pay for second person despite the fact that I booked the room for two. Never going back there
