Spotless room, great amenities. I took the executive double. It was spacious, warm shower, comfy bed, had in room kettle, tea selection (english tea, green tea) coffees (caff, decaff), rituals hand wash, body lotion, body and hair wash and conditioner.

The front desk person I think his name is Waqaar was absolutely fantastic. Superb customer care. I haven't got enough words to praise him. Hotel was spotless, well maintained. Definitely recommend

Handy location and helpful staff. Only a few minutes walk into town and had parking (for a fee). Booked a deluxe double, but unsure what made it any different to a standard room. Was basic with a view of a small building's roof. Large brown stain on the duvet which we told reception about, who came to inspect. Was provided with a new duvet cover that we had to fit ourselves. Reception and entrace were lovely so expected a little more from the room itself, but did the job for one night which is all we needed. Comfy bed.

The checking was so smooth, Matthew was great we even gave us a late check out! We had a nice stay, they we only had few issues, one being with the shower pressure it was weak. Also temperature controls did not work as expected. The room was too cold and then too hot!

One of the most terrible experiences I have had in a hotel . Booked two nights on Expedia and the room given was noisy , poor heating . Complained and nothing was done . Felt like I was sleeping outside.No breakfast for the two days . Paid for extra night and then room was changed and this time was told could have breakfast the following morning . Told breakfast was meant for 1 and that we should pay for second person despite the fact that I booked the room for two. Never going back there
