Excellent location, clean and comfortable room.

Such a shame only stayed one night with my daughter, arrived at 2pm and was asked for e-mails and number that were never sent to me, then told the room was ready, arrived to the room the beds were still striped the room was no were near ready. when we finally got in the room we found all the blinds are down and they cant be opened as they are set to close on auto. when we left the property we accidently left a pair of apple ear pods in the room, not a big deal, as soon as i arrived home i called the hotel and asked if they were found {we new they were as we tracked them and they there and being used} after a unconfutable conversation they admitted they had them, i asked if they would post them back to me they aggred too. this was a Monday, by Thursday now word or ear pods so i called again no answer so i watts app them to tell them i would collect them. so 150 mile drive sat morning i get there for 9am when they open no one there call them on answer by 9.30 a bloke turns up with a attitude a mile wide i ask for the ear pods he go's off to a back room and spends another 5min doing something finally i get them back. but there were many phone calls and watts app messagers i even offered to pay for a courier to pick them up. don't stay with them there expensive and they only want ya cash no customer service at all pay a little more and have a hotel that appreciates you

For me the location was ideal and the main reason I chose this hotel. Price was good and as a whole I think my stay was worth the money. Wifi was quite fast and work well. Only bad thing that it didn't work so well in the room. I spend four nights at the hotel but the cleaning lady didn't visit me once. That was weird but I got no problems with that. When I first came to my room the AC worked even too well and the room was really cold. It took quite a bit before the temperature was a bit tolerable. But liked my stay and could go again when in London.

Staff were brilliant, very helpful and informative. Cleanliness could be better ,I found hair in the bathroom and on the bed, there were dust and stains on the TV and there were 3 tea bags no milk or coffee. Air con was on it made the nights pleasant but it struggled to keep room cool enough in the day time. Overall it was a good stay quiet and uninterrupted

They sent me a stock message through Expedia, but when I wrote back to them to say that I would prefer bedding without feathers (as their Expedia listing said could be done vis-à-vis hypoallergenic bedding) and, more importantly, to ask about early-check-in options, they simply ignored me. I flew in the next morning (18 hours after my messages to them) and killed time until 2 p.m., their stated check-in time, which was difficult after an overnight flight. I got to the hotel and took the quickest shower and got to bed immediately. At 3:04 p.m., an hour after the room had been deemed ready for check-in and after I was in it, an insistent Indian woman was pounding on my room door and saying "Housekeeping..." to ask whether I wanted a bottle of water, talking back instead of leaving after I yelled at her, continuing to knock for several minutes. What a stupid failure of service. Aside from that, the room, being so cramped, had very few options of where to place a suitcase or backpack, but it had a long white shelf on the wall along the bed. I put my black backpack there and flipped it open while I was in the room. When I closed it the next day to leave, both the front and back had a bunch of whitish dust all over that I had to clean with water, because the shelf was filthy.

Very convenient location and easy check in

Very close to Paddington Station and easy to get to. Instructions to enter the property were easy. I had a room that overlooked the main road and the windows are not double glazed so can be noisy at times. Rooms are small but perfect for one night to be close to Paddington Station.

Very convenient location near the station. Walkable to food and shops. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Great value with a bonus of air-conditioning.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now, it’s excellent value for money, always clean and the room is well equipped. The location is great too, I’ll certainly be back again!

The staff and the location is just what you want, 10/10! On the other hand, the WiFi was a bit unstable. Just like the hot water in the shower, a little bit on and off. I would go back!

Good location and tidy room for the money. Air conditioning worked well. Would certainly stay there again and hard to find better value.

Check the milk beforehand - all three sachets in my room were out of date.

Poor internet connection. It made it impossible to stay connected, plan, and work. No lift, which can be a challenge for someone with a suitcase.

Room was well presented, enough room for 2 people, clean and tidy. 10 mins walk to Paddington Station and lots of cafés and shops nearby.

Good location. Comfortable and quiet. Good nights sleep. Price reflects basic amenities but good value for money.

The residence is nice and certainly much more modern than many around this area (I have stayed in a lot as I use last moment stays in this area weekly). The TV did not work unfortunately but that is not a major issue. The shower door was a little loose and someone had splashed drink on the TV which needed a wipe off. But for the cost you cannot expect 5 star. I would definitely stay there again as it was a much nicer room and place than any other similarly priced hotel around Paddington.
