Small but modern room and bathroom conveniently located for Paddington. Terrible lack of responsiveness via the Expedia messaging app for the most basic request which went completely unanswered.

Das Zimmer war super klein, das Bad war nicht sauber. Als Frau hab ich mich nicht sicher gefühlt. Kein Fahrstuhl. Das einzig positive war der freundliche Mann am Empfang und die Lage. Preis-Leistung hat hier leider vorne und hinten nicht gestimmt.

A little hidden gem! I was apprehensive about booking and staying here, but how wrong could I have been. Usually I’ll be staying in hotels that would be 3-4 star minimum, with spas etc. Of course this place isn’t that but for the price you pay, and the cleanliness of the room I would happily recommend this place to friends and family Great location for Paddington station and also lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Realise you get what you pay for, and you’ll be blown away. Had a chat with the team on my departure too and they were so lovely and helpful

The bed was rock hard. No mattress protector. Only one pillow. Filthy stairs. The room was clean enough. Bags left unattended.

Staff were very helpful. The rooms were nice, with comfortable beds. All usefully located near Paddington Station.

Great platform good discounts as well

Room was clean and was nice and quiet however the bed was way too small,I nearly fell out of it and the shower door was abit fiddly.could hear squeaky floorboards all night from the next room.owner was lovely and polite.very close to Hyde park good location

The staff were wonderful. The location is great. The room is very small but very clean and despite tiny bathroom, it has a great shower. There is a small room off the inside entrance where you can store luggage, and keep any food you buy in the small fridge

Very courteous staff, helped me carry my bag up the steps as I have a back injury. Room was just what I needed.

Yes very decent and convenient property

My room was on the third floor. Be aware, the residence does not have a lift! The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were sensible. It was good for my short stay, and close to Paddington Station which was the purpose of booking there. There was a pleasant amount of noise from the street and a reasonable view of the park. I really enjoyed my stay. The front desk was not attended when I arrived at around 10 despite hours saying that it should have been. When there was an issue with the electricity going off, the venue could not be contacted through expedia, whatsapp, email, insta, or facebook to get a response. When they did respond the next day, they said that they had not been able to respond but had sent someone to resolve the issue (I met the person in the hallway within the hour). I told them that I would have expected to know whether the resolution would take an hour or three, and a progress update. Coffee was not refreshed in the room daily.

Clean. Small space.

スタッフは笑顔で印象がよかった。 設備面でハンドソープがなかったりシャワーヘッドが緩くて繋ぎ目から漏水するのが良くなかった。
