The employees were all so good

check in great i had a bad check in experience. bout 18 months ago when a jobs worth on reception said i needed photo ID??????? I pointed out I was a british subject & resident to no avail. I complained to radisson who said i would get a discount on my next stay. I never saw a discount and don’t care The positives Check in this time was great the check in Guy was very welcoming I think he’s name was mathew. I requested if he had a room at bank if hotel as it was less noisy he kindly obliged. through no fault of his own the room had little to no Wi fi the hotel offered to change rooms but I couldn’t be bothered to pack up my case to much fuss. Perhaps in future rooms with dud wifi should flag up on check in staffs screens to avoid. New dec rooms very nice comfortable although the hanging lighting the middle of the bed was very odd could be a hazard with people hitting there head on it. Otherwise nice looking room.

We stayed in room 411 and there was a constant humming noise all night which stopped us from sleeping well (not from within the room itself). We spoke to Reception about it and they didn't seem interested in investigating it.

Centrally located, especially for Euston. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room small but clean and well equipped. Overall good value for money.

Great hotel - very central to everything

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Etrafında birçok market, eczane ve restoran bulunmakta. Üniversite kampüsü ve özellikle hastaneye yakın olduğu için genellikle öğrenciilerin yaşadığı bir alanda yer alıyor. Hemen bitişiğinde metro istasyonu ve yaklaşık 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde Euston Tren istasyonuna ulaşmak mümkün. Otobüs durakları, hop-hop off otobüsleri ve taksiler de mevcut. Yürüyerek British Museum ve National Gallery'ye çok kolay ulaşabilirsiniz. Wellcome Center'a da yaklaşık 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Odamız beklediğimizden genişti. Temizliği iyiydi. Sadece banyo küçüktü ama temizliği iyiydi. Oteld bizi en çok memnun eden özellik mükemmel denebilecek kahvaltı servisiydi. Kahvaltıda açık büfede sunulan ürün çeşitliliğine ek olarak ücretsiz olarak sunulan ala carte ürünler de çok lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı servisinde Hasan Bey ve garsonumuz Chandan'a özellikle yakın ilgilerinden dolayı bir kez daha teşekkür ederiz.

Great location, rooms and standard of the hotel was good for the price. The staff we encountered were all brilliant. When we arrived the toilet was blocked in our room, but this was sorted quickly and with no fuss.

A lovely hotel with excellent, friendly staff. We had a very kind welcome to the hotel from Jonathan when we checked in. Will definitely stay again.
