Temporary aircon unit installed in the window of the room meant double glazing didn’t work - road and street noise next limited sleep. This room 347 should not be Let out by the hotel

Nice, well run hotel in central London. A bit pricey but if it is not pricey in London it is probably not worth it. Super staff, welcoming, professional and swift. Awesome breakfast. A minus for the state of the room though, broken/blinking fixtures and missing towelhanger and such, nothing as bad as it made us ask for another room, but still annoying for the bucks you pay. For Beds a bit hard but good linen and pillow. At third floor to the back of the building was quiet enough and a decent view. Easy to reach from Paddington.

Very convenient to everything, ie transportation, pharmacy, food, clothing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed in superior individual room was wonderfully comfortable. Liked all the tech outlets. Only issue was in the bathroom. Looked like rust or dirt around some of the floor attachments. Very busy hotel but they seemed to handle that well. Would love to stay there again.

The Radison was in a good location and the reception is nice enough. The rooms are just a little dated and the air con was extremely noisy which impacted my sleep. Ok for a business stay

The front staff were friendly and accommodating, the main lobby interior nicely decorated. The single room was compact and had all the amenities needed. I appreciated a small refrigerator, iron and ironing board as well as the canned water. The bathroom with shower and toiletries were good. The hotel is conveniently located near tube and rail stations as well as shops and restaurants. There was a few drawbacks. The ventilation for the air conditioning was dusty and so wiped as much as I could. The sachets of milk was BBE 7/9/2025 which was the day I arrived. There was no regular coffee in the drawer only decaf. The iron only worked if I put the cord a certain way. The room is not soundproof as I could hear people in the next room talking. Lastly, my own dislike, creeky floor. I understand it's an older building, but every footstep, the floor creeked. I would stay again, but not in a single room.

Check in was poor, person acted as though she didn’t want to check me in. Room was terrible; very hot, air conditioning made lots of noise but didn’t cool anything, there were seven high intensity spot lights in a small room, the choice was full on or just one light & that pointed directly to the head of the bed, Mastermind style. There was building work going on but it started at 11pm and finished at 2am on both nights. Down buttons for the lifts didn’t work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and because we arrived in London hours before check in, stored our bags for us. The hotel was very conveniently located. The room was nice and clean, though visitors who have problems with stairs should be aware that the hallways and some rooms have small stairways. Not a big deal for most. Overall, we had a lovely experience.

Es ist sehr gut gelegen. 1-2 min neben einer underground Station. Bus auch nahe sowie ein Supermarkt.
