We arrived early at about 10:30 and were allowed to leave our car while we explored Kendal. When we got back around 14:30 our room was ready so we went in and settled in. My wife has an issue with onions her meal did contain onions despite being told they’d be excluded.
It would have useful to know we could use the pool prior to checking in.

the room is very small and also the toilet are tiny. No space to hook or hang up the clothes. The hot towel rail is behind the toilet which is very small and inconvenience. Luckily we only spent one night.

酒店位于Kendal小镇，靠近Kendal火车站。去Windermere可乘小火车。Kendal镇商业中心颇具规模，也有中餐馆。如同其他有的酒店一样，这家酒店客房有取暖设施但没有空调，夏天可能感觉闷热。

Breakfase was fine, parking was good, the general condition of the room was poor, there were significant holes in the carpet in the room and the walls were paper thin, I was speaking to my partner in the evening on the phone but the hotel staff banged on my door because my speaking was keeping the person awake in the next room????

Every at the hotel was wonderful, the room was clean and well equipped, all staff were so friendly and helpful, the pool was great with really good opening times for kids! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
