The room was beautiful and everything we needed, was so quiet to even though we were on the main street, Roman, Moinu and Aki were fantastic they greeted us every night with a smile and a friendly welcome, top marks for Roman's hot chocolate to

Fantastic find. Close to Waterloo station, so 25 minutes on the tube into Wembley Park. Hotel is wonderful and the staff were all amazing. Bed was 11/10! Such a good night sleep. 24hr bar which which was a bonus.

Nice, clean and quiet. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than expected, which was very convenient. It was an easy walk to the train station, and plenty of food choices nearby.

Great location close to plenty of amenities and transport links. Staff welcoming and room was clean.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Great coffee shops and bars on the block as well as fun food vendors. Fun lounge at the hotel too with innovative cocktails. Super friendly staff.

Ik houd erg van het Ruby hotel concept. Of je nu in Londen bent, Düsseldorf, je krijgt dezelfde hoge kwaliteit service en ruime kamers met styling die mij erg bevalt. Dit hotel heeft styling met thema Circus. Dat komt terug in de lobby en de koffiecorner. Het was weer een fantastische Ruby-ervaring, mede ook dankzij het heel gastvrije personeel, wat er alles aan doet om je verblijf tot een top-ervaring te maken; Marcelo, Su en Chiara. De locatie is ook prima; gezellige straat met veel winkels en horeca, vlakbij station Waterloo. Op een paar minuten loopafstand is een passage onder het station door met fantastische graffity. Al met al had ik een heerlijk verblijf. Van harte aanbevolen.

Hi Lovely hotel but our stay was marred on the first night by a continual flashing bright light in the shower cubicle. As it's in the bedroom it was like trying to sleep in a disco. A member of staff came up at midnight but couldn't sort it out and it was too late to move us. As you can imagine we managed little or no sleep. The wonderful Chiara did everything she could to sort us out with another room in the morning. So a big thank you to her. Regards Sue Tucker

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ruby Lucy. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly, and eager to help, which made our visit feel truly welcoming. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was both delicious and varied, offering plenty of options to suit all tastes. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a short walk from Waterloo East station, making it easy to explore the city. I would gladly stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend Ruby Lucy to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay. Hotellet har en veldig sentral beliggenhet, med kort vei til busstopp og metro. Det ligger i gangavstand til både London Eye og Big Ben (ca. 14 minutters gange). I nærområdet finnes det flere restauranter og butikker. Lobbyen var ryddig og resepsjonen var bemannet hele døgnet. Det er også mulighet for selvbetjent innsjekk. Personalet var veldig hjelpsomme og vennlige. Hotellet hadde en gratis te og kaffebar tilgjengelig hele døgnet, noe som var veldig praktisk. Rommet levde opp til forventningene. Den var romslig, lyst og pent innredet. Det var rent og ryddig ved ankomst. Sengen var komfortabel, og aircondition fungerte godt. Rommet hadde både TV og høyttalere, som fungerte uten problemer. Frokosten var grei, men kunne hatt et større utvalg av varme retter. Samtidig var det rikelig med pålegg og brød. Hotellet hadde en rolig atmosfære, uten støy fra andre gjester. Det var svært enkelt å sjekke ut, man kunne bare legge nøkkelkortet i resepsjonen og dra. Alt i alt følte jeg at man virkelig får valuta for pengene her. Oppholdet var behagelig, og hotellet leverte på både beliggenhet, service og komfort. Jeg kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet videre til andre som besøker London.
