The staff has been the kindest I’ve ever talked to, we had issues with our flight due to terrible weather conditions and they still waited for us to arrive safe and sound. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and understanding with our situation

This is my second time stay with this hotel and the staffs are really friendly and helpful. The room is smart, tidy and clean and I really like the location here very convenient to walk to the underground station and its actually close to the main viewpoints of London.

The room is very nice and clean. It has many useful facilities. The clean lady came to make bed every day. But the room is a little small and it got very poor sound insulation, i could hear my next door and outside..... Overall, my stay there was okay.

The room is ok, the bed is clean, but everything else is a bit dirty. And the walls are quite thin, so you hear everything.
The staff is nice and check in is easy. If you just need a place to sleep, this is a good place.

Nose in the middle of the night. Police was coming. My husband spend two hours outside the hotel... The resection men not let him in, with no reason, and no ideas to help him. But the room was ok. Not fancy, but clean.
