Everything was very well.

Room smelled plus they scammed out of my deposit

La chambre était propre, les employés agréables. Le chauffage était très fort, mais restait supportable. Problème de "sécurité" : la chambre a été nettoyée en notre absence et la porte mal refermée (heureusement pas de vol).

This was among the poorest experiences I have had while booking through Hotels.com. I suppose these things happen but the facilities were NOT as advertised. Specifically they advertised a laptop-sized safe which was just NOT the case. Coupled with the fact that my room window had no lock on it thereby giving full access to the room from the outside, I just couldn't leave my work laptops in the room or sleep comfortably. Anyone could literally slide the window open from the outside and walk right into the room. I ended up checking out a mere 4 hours after I checked-in. The last bitter sting in the end was I that prepaid for three nights and the property would not issue a refund (which is in accordance to their policy). I guess Hotels.com offers booking insurance for a reason--I've just never needed it in almost ten years of using the platform. Oh well, at least the staff was friendly, but good heavens, what a complete and utter let down this experience was! I won't be back.

Not so great, but was warm and convenient

The room was tatty dirty marks on the walls and ceiling cracks in the walls. Shower screen broken no plug in the bathroom sink. Leading up to the room star carpet needs replacing or a good clean and a very pleasant smell. I did stay at this hotel before and it was very good but it seems to have gone downhill I won’t be booking again at this hotel.

Good value staff freindly. Decent enough rooms. Did what it said on the tin. Area fine.

The mini fridge worked. Very quiet area. 10 minute walk to tube station.

The staff has been the kindest I’ve ever talked to, we had issues with our flight due to terrible weather conditions and they still waited for us to arrive safe and sound. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and understanding with our situation

They didnt returned the pre authorised money.. we called..at first receiptionist said he did.. but when we went again and checked it was not done... then there was a sweet lady at reception ... she helped immeditely.

Todo estuvo genial solo que estaba haciendo demasiado calor y el AC no funcionaba, se hizo el reporte pero nunca se arreglo. Pero lo demás todo bien 👍

The room was small, dirty and smelled awful. I was checked in for 3 nights but left after the first

- The AC was not working, and the room was swelteringly hot. I asked at the front desk if they could look at it, but they said they had AC but would not turn it on until they thought the weather was suitably warmer. The room was hot. - The room had a TV, but it was hanging off the wall, and despite trying multiple times to tune it could only get one channel. I asked at the desk if they could look at it, and they said that this was normal, as the TV reception was really bad at the hotel, so there's nothing they could do. - The Wi-Fi was barely 4 megs, no matter what device we tried it on. - No room service on any of the days we were staying, except for towels dumped on our bed. The room was already dirty and had no soap (although an empty shampoo container was left in the shower from a previous occupant). - It advertised luggage storage, but we were also told that we could not leave our bags with them. Overall, a pretty awful experience.

Overall very poor. The only good thing about this place is the location that is good and quiet too ! Fridge not working they move us another room and again fridge was not working….we were waiting for ages until they gave another room…..bad smell straight away from the entrance….the furniture needs replacing as everything else…. Definitely 100 % not going back ….and my advice is avoid

Staff were friendly. Location was convenient. Room was average in condition at best, the laminate floor was swollen and very noisy, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, meaning this created a health and safety risk. The bathroom was not very clean, dirty grout, cracked floor tile, corroded fixtures and something brown smeared on the tiles.
