계단이 좁아 큰 트렁크를 가져가신다면 비추천 세면대 물이 잘 안빠짐 수도를 틀면 샤워기처럼 물이 사방으로 튐 올림피아런던 접근성은 좋음.

전철역에서 도보 7분, 버스 정류장에서도 7분 정도에요 방 깨끗하고 인테리어도 괜찮네요. 다만 방 청소만 하고 과자나 물을 안 갖다줘서 매일 숙소 도착하면 카운터가서 물 받아왔어요 과자는 준다면서 계속 다 나갔다면서 안 주고요 엘리베이터 없고 좁은 계단이라 캐리어 들고 여행 오신다면 이 호텔은 오지 마세요.

은근히 역이랑 좀 떨어져있는 점 빼고는 전반적으로 좋았습니다.

마지막여정에서의 런던 3박이었는데... 생각보다 외곽이었습니다 마트등 도보 5분거리에 테스코 익스프레스가 있었지만 롯데슈퍼정도 였구요 식당은 많았지만 이용하고싶지 않은 분위기... 객실은 협소합니다 미니바에 커피와 쿠키등이 매일 갖추어지는건 맘에 들었구요 청소를 구석구석 깔끔히 하진 않더군요 묵었던 호텔들중 제일 먼지가 많이 보였네요 아마 올림픽때만 반짝했을거 같더라구요 안내는 친절히 해주고 지하철타고 빅토리아역가는건 편하지만 연말에 다녀와서 호텔위치의 구간은 운행을 하지 않더라구요 ㅠ.ㅠ 이게 가장 스트레스였네요 따뜻하고 물잘나오고... 세면대 많이 작습니다

The room was clean and beds comfortable with white cotton bedding. No bedside shelf so had to put water bottle on the floor. The shower room was small and the shower tray filled up with water as the drain was blocked. The air conditioner unit worked but was very noisy. Everything looked in need of updating but it was ok for one night.

The hotel pictures were good, but on arrival, it was clear they were not recent photos. All good until I discovered that cleanliness was not a priority. It was clean at first sight, but no on inspection. The bathroom was dirty from the last person, and enough for one to pass out. I did not see at first as it was a business trip, until I had time to spend in the room. I was not happy. My room might have been an exception, to be fair.

We needed a clean, safe, unfussy place to stay ahead of a Wembley concert. We knew we wouldn't be in the room much. It was perfectly clean and the air conditioning was icey during the heat wave.

With high temperatures outside, it was great to have working air conditioning in the studio.

This is a lovely place with nice rooms in a quiet area. It could be wonderful, but it really needs maintenance. We were there for 4 nights, the first two we couldn't sleep because of a loud buzzing noise that happened at different intervals through the night, and when I measured it, every 2 minutes early morning. When I complained as I was exhausted, the staff were very friendly and polite but disbelieving even though I am sure other people must have complained, but often in hotels most people don't stay for long, so they ignore it. But the second night I filmed and recorded the noise at 4 am because I was fed up. There had also been water leaking into our room from above. After pushing hard for a different room I was shown one on the top floor where the toilet was broken and the flush button section was hanging out. After a call, apparently someone would come to fix it at 8.30 pm. But that was too risky for me to swap rooms, if the person wasn't coming, and why hadn't this been prearranged for repair anyway. The third room seemed fine, had a good night sleep except the bedding didn't fit the size of bed, so with two of us, we had to sleep close togerher as the duvet was not big enough. We also discovered the sink and shower didn't drain properly. It's ridiculous that this lovely property, with friendly staff, have such appalling infrastructure. Whoever owns this needs to put some money into getting it sorted. Less profit, better service please!

We arrived to the hotel to check in for myself and partner and my son was told we couldn’t stay because are son was to old him being 13 and was told to leave at 10pm at night and was left to go to another hotel in the middle of the night

The room was a perfect size for two besties wanting to experience London for the first time. In a great neighborhood, super close to two different Underground stations, and near many many local eateries! The staff was so lovely, quick to help us out when we couldn't get the safe figured out, and so kind during every interaction! The room itself was not perfect. The bathroom had black mold near the sink, the fan inside did not work properly as it was filled with dust and debris; looking like it hadn't been cleaned in forever, and the windows were barely slivers on the wall; something we are not used to, nor enjoyed as we were thinking if there were to be an emergency where we had to escape through a window it would have been actually impossible. The cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling were reachable to us so we felt there was no excuse to the cleaning staff to leave them there, and the spider we ended up killing was something we did not enjoy. Overall, I would consider staying again; if the mold and other things were taken care of. Simply because the staff and area were incredible.

Great location; easy access to transportation. Staff very kind and helpful. Room was clean and excellent air conditioning which considering how warm it was, was crucial for comfort. I’d stay again.

Really enjoyed my experience it was a great place to stay. Close to the bus and tube. Was located by many stores. The staff were so helpful. The room was clean and had everything you needed and more. The air conditioning was so amazing to have and after a long day sightseeing to come back to the room and cool off was so lovely. Would stay again and refer to friends.

The room was filthy. It’s evident it hasn’t been cleaned properly. Damage all over room and rubbish left around the room including under the bed. The staff were friendly enough

super friendly and helpful staff. equipment could do with some upgrades. on-switch in the kettle in my room was partly broken. kitchenette in my daugther's room couldn't turn - which meant the cabinet door was in the way of the microwave oven which therefore can't be open.

I booked this room for my daughter and according to her the room was cozy but warn and needed some care. Unfortunately, the fridge had problems and froze food, but the hotel fixed it. The location is nice and the room was clean with good air conditioning and she’d stay again. Nice and helpful staff.
