계단이 좁아 큰 트렁크를 가져가신다면 비추천 세면대 물이 잘 안빠짐 수도를 틀면 샤워기처럼 물이 사방으로 튐 올림피아런던 접근성은 좋음.

전철역에서 도보 7분, 버스 정류장에서도 7분 정도에요 방 깨끗하고 인테리어도 괜찮네요. 다만 방 청소만 하고 과자나 물을 안 갖다줘서 매일 숙소 도착하면 카운터가서 물 받아왔어요 과자는 준다면서 계속 다 나갔다면서 안 주고요 엘리베이터 없고 좁은 계단이라 캐리어 들고 여행 오신다면 이 호텔은 오지 마세요.

은근히 역이랑 좀 떨어져있는 점 빼고는 전반적으로 좋았습니다.

마지막여정에서의 런던 3박이었는데... 생각보다 외곽이었습니다 마트등 도보 5분거리에 테스코 익스프레스가 있었지만 롯데슈퍼정도 였구요 식당은 많았지만 이용하고싶지 않은 분위기... 객실은 협소합니다 미니바에 커피와 쿠키등이 매일 갖추어지는건 맘에 들었구요 청소를 구석구석 깔끔히 하진 않더군요 묵었던 호텔들중 제일 먼지가 많이 보였네요 아마 올림픽때만 반짝했을거 같더라구요 안내는 친절히 해주고 지하철타고 빅토리아역가는건 편하지만 연말에 다녀와서 호텔위치의 구간은 운행을 하지 않더라구요 ㅠ.ㅠ 이게 가장 스트레스였네요 따뜻하고 물잘나오고... 세면대 많이 작습니다

La chambre était propre, les employés agréables. Le chauffage était très fort, mais restait supportable. Problème de "sécurité" : la chambre a été nettoyée en notre absence et la porte mal refermée (heureusement pas de vol).

This was among the poorest experiences I have had while booking through Hotels.com. I suppose these things happen but the facilities were NOT as advertised. Specifically they advertised a laptop-sized safe which was just NOT the case. Coupled with the fact that my room window had no lock on it thereby giving full access to the room from the outside, I just couldn't leave my work laptops in the room or sleep comfortably. Anyone could literally slide the window open from the outside and walk right into the room. I ended up checking out a mere 4 hours after I checked-in. The last bitter sting in the end was I that prepaid for three nights and the property would not issue a refund (which is in accordance to their policy). I guess Hotels.com offers booking insurance for a reason--I've just never needed it in almost ten years of using the platform. Oh well, at least the staff was friendly, but good heavens, what a complete and utter let down this experience was! I won't be back.

Not so great, but was warm and convenient

The room was tatty dirty marks on the walls and ceiling cracks in the walls. Shower screen broken no plug in the bathroom sink. Leading up to the room star carpet needs replacing or a good clean and a very pleasant smell. I did stay at this hotel before and it was very good but it seems to have gone downhill I won’t be booking again at this hotel.

Good value staff freindly. Decent enough rooms. Did what it said on the tin. Area fine.

The mini fridge worked. Very quiet area. 10 minute walk to tube station.

The staff has been the kindest I’ve ever talked to, we had issues with our flight due to terrible weather conditions and they still waited for us to arrive safe and sound. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and understanding with our situation

They didnt returned the pre authorised money.. we called..at first receiptionist said he did.. but when we went again and checked it was not done... then there was a sweet lady at reception ... she helped immeditely.

Todo estuvo genial solo que estaba haciendo demasiado calor y el AC no funcionaba, se hizo el reporte pero nunca se arreglo. Pero lo demás todo bien 👍
