原本就可以理解房間會很小，所以不易外，而且行李箱還有空間打開，所以大小可接受。但是床很難睡，感覺得到中間有一條不平整的塌陷，睡得腰酸背痛 房間乾淨度也有待加強 我是住地下室，窗戶打開是別的房間走道，只要有人經過，聲音就像沒有隔間班清楚，還好我很好睡，不然很容易被吵醒

Room space is bit small for three people bedroom, air-conditioning was found in failure at my first night stay; we were ultimately arranged other bedroom with normal one. Staff are nice and recommended our tour visit in UK. In summary, we have a pleasure time in this Stylotel.

The hotel is so stylish, with good location, friendly and efficient staff. The WiFi is at fast speed. The hotel also provides variety choices for breakfast especially fruits. There are a no of restaurants around, near to Paddington station and bus stations.

Pros: 1. Very close to Paddington station, which is extremely convinence if you need to travel via Paddington station/ to the Heathrow airport. 2. Breakfast is included and good. 3. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: 1. The hotel is not heavy baggage friendly, there is not step free access for the heavy baggage, even the staff are helpful which is he would help to carry the baggage down the stair from the hotel door, but there are some steps in the some floor between the lift and rooms.

All of the staff at Stylotel were amazing - really friendly and extremely helpful. The voucher for a drink at the Sussex Arms was a nice touch amd we were particularly pleased to be able to leave our luggage before check in and after our stay. As the hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Paddington this was really handy for us. The breakfast was plentiful with a good selection.

Great hotel room in the basement. No outside window but not a problem, the window opened to a corridor. Quite a nice room, well kept.

The hotel is about a 3 minute walk from Paddington Station so its quite convenient to access from Heathrow or Gatwick by one of the express trains or the Elizabeth line. The room I stayed in was tight quarters but I've stayed in it before so I was prepared. My only real complaint is the wifi didn't always work in the room or in the breakfast area. I heard and observe another guest saying the wifi in his room didn't work so each morning, he brought his laptop to breakfast with him and worked. I think the unique metal walls of the hotel rooms might interfere with the connectivity so wifi boosters are probably needed. Breakfast was delicious--buffet style with cereals, yogurts, fruits, croissants, toast, boiled eggs or over easy, hash browns, beans, tomato, sausage, and bacon/ham plus juices, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There's also a cafe style social area in the lobby area which is nice.

Very modern decor. Our issues were with the bathroom and the bed. The toilet ran nonstop. We asked them to fix it, but it never got fixed. We asked for a second blanket and we had to go ask 2 more times and it still took almost 3 hours to get it. I think they just did not have any extra blankets and did not know what to do about it. The bed was extremely hard. Like literally the hardest bed I have ever slept on in my life. My husband can sleep almost anywhere, including on the floor, and he struggled in this bed. The staff was outstanding, some of the nicest people we met while staying in London.
