Personal muy bueno y correcto, desayuno decente, cama muy incomoda, el baño es más pequeño que el de una autocaravana, en la habitación no hay sitio para las maletas, te cambian las toallas pero no limpian el baño, hacer la cama no es su fuerte

The StyloStaff was very helpful and courteous. That's about where the good StyloNews ends. The StyloRoom had a strange StyloSmell to it. The StyloBed was as hard as a rock and I'm convinced it was one. The StyloShower had a hard time keeping a consistent temperature. The hallway light was always visible through the interior-facing StyloWindow in our StyloRoom, and kept it brighter than we'd have preferred. The room was also a bit small, though we knew that going in so it's not getting knocked for that. Overall 2/5 StyloStars, would not StyloStay again

The TINY feel of the room is an enormous let down. As someone who visits Europe frequently and often stays in low to mid-tier accommodations, I have never been in a room THIS small (listed as 108sq feet I believe). The room is literally the size of a small pop-up camper. The average American will not think a room can be this small, a few examples: 1) Even keeping our luggage closed, the luggage blocked the door 2) We almost fell into the toilet from the shower 3) The room is too small for a chair at the desk and I had intended to do some light work 4) The 2x2 shower is like a camp shower 5) Had to walk heel to toe to get into bed against wall. Once the comically small accommodations are accepted, I wanted to leave immediately but other hotels on such short notice were pricey, we found there were no power outlets near the beds. So... we couldn't both charge and see our phones or other electronics. As for the positives, the front desk staff was fantastic, and the free included breakfast appreciated. Also nice area near tube lines. We all work hard for our money, and you should know what you are paying for. For a single person, this would be fine. But for my daughter and I, it felt like we were always walking on top of each other. This hindered our ability to relax and recharge between outings. I would have easily spent another $50 a night for a typically small English room.

The room was good value for money. A complementary drink was a nice touch. We enjoyed the brekfast. Will return when we next visit London.

The location is very handy to Paddington station and all other forms of transportation.The front desk is extremely helpful and helped me track my lost bag. Room size is adequate for London. Bath is tight but functional. I usually don't bother with free breakfast at hotels, but decided to give it a try and ended up eat there most mornings during my stay.

Hotel appeared clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly and helpful. Decently priced drinks and snacks in Reception.

Room 202 was clean, but during evenings there was a smell like sewer and in the morning bacon. Fine staff. Breakfast is great. Maybee a little more vegetables. The avove are minor things for us, but we really think that the hotel and room are way to expensive for what you gets! The best way I can compare it is if you sleep in a cabin at a ferry - only exatly what is needed in space and stuff. But in a hotel 800 Euro for 3 nights you should espect much more than this!!!

Clean room

As others have said, the rooms are small, but they have everything you need and are very comfortable. The Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice and lots of it. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and most of all the hotel is in a perfect location. Only a few minutes from Paddington underground with easy access to everything via the Bakerloo line. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Good facilitets in a London perspective, small room and the bed was a little bit hard for 3 night but overall it was good. Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good with all you need for adult and a 10 year old and very happy people working there. 3 min walk to Paddington station.

Best hotel experience for a long time. Andreas was a perfect host, the room was super clean and modern.Location was perfect and we were gifted free drinks in the sussex arms just round the corner. Noon checkout and breakfast till 10am made all the difference. The breakfast itself was hot, good options and nice quality ingredients served by staff that care. Id highly recommend the hote,and the team were quite simply a total credit to thier brand. We couldnt have had a nicer more personable home from home stay - thank you!

Staff were great. Complimentary breakfast was great. Close to Paddington station and Lancaster tube. Many resturants in the area. Cons: the windows are old and leak noise. Also the shower is very small
