原本就可以理解房間會很小，所以不易外，而且行李箱還有空間打開，所以大小可接受。但是床很難睡，感覺得到中間有一條不平整的塌陷，睡得腰酸背痛
房間乾淨度也有待加強
我是住地下室，窗戶打開是別的房間走道，只要有人經過，聲音就像沒有隔間班清楚，還好我很好睡，不然很容易被吵醒

Room space is bit small for three people bedroom, air-conditioning was found in failure at my first night stay; we were ultimately arranged other bedroom with normal one. Staff are nice and recommended our tour visit in UK. In summary, we have a pleasure time in this Stylotel.

Pros:
1. Very close to Paddington station, which is extremely convinence if you need to travel via Paddington station/ to the Heathrow airport.
2. Breakfast is included and good.
3. Reception staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons:
1. The hotel is not heavy baggage friendly, there is not step free access for the heavy baggage, even the staff are helpful which is he would help to carry the baggage down the stair from the hotel door, but there are some steps in the some floor between the lift and rooms.

Excellent central location. Easy access to bus/train stops and walkable to a lot of tourist attractions. Friendly, helpful staff.
We paid for breakfast but ate out- smelled good from lounge/snack area.
Rooms are quite small but have everything you need. My daughter called it ‘quaint.’
Only negatives are a) you have to carry luggage up stairs despite there being a lift b) it is noisy from hall, other rooms & the street. We had to shut our window at night because our room faced the street.
Regardless, I’d stay her again if I was in London

Der var ikke gjort rent under sengene, og det lykkedes mig ikke at få dem til at hjælpe med transport fra lufthavnen til hotellet, forinden for vores rejse. Jeg vil dog sige, at efter vores ankomst, blev vi mødt af et meget venligt og imødekommende personale og fik den hjælp vi bad om.

Väldigt litet rum, sliten standard. Ingen fungerande ventilation. Väldigt mycket ljud från gatan på grund av äldre fönster. Mycket litet badrum, även det helt utan ventilation eller avrinning. Badrummet är utformat som ett badrum på ett billigare kryssningsfartyg. Konstant fukt från badrummet, blöta golv och matos från hotellets kök.

I stayed here one night by myself and spent a wonderful time!
The single room was clean. Welcome drinks (tea, coffee and hot chocolate) and a service drink (any alcohol you want) were awesome as well.
All the stuffs were kind and told me how I enjoyed sightseeing in London. Ask them whenever you need help, and you must make stunning memories.
Next time when I visit London, I definitely stay at this hotel!
