Stylotel

A friendly, very good value, convenient hotel; cheerful, helpful staff; very good breakfast. I am happy to recommend Stylotel.

Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr klein. Wir waren in einem halbwegs neu renovierten Raum(man hat uns die Wahl gelassen ob älteres Zimmer im 2.OG oder neues Zimmer im Keller). Das Bett war in Ordnung(eine breite Bettdecke für 2). Die Toiletten scheinen in ganz London schnell zu verstopfen. Man hat auf Touch-Lichtschalter gesetzt die irgendwelche Probleme machen. Die Zimmerbeleuchtung war 2-teilig von denen sich eine immer selbst abgeschaltet hat. Beim Waschbecken muss man vorsichtig sein wie man sich die Hände wäscht da die Möglichkeit besteht, dass man den ganzen Waschtisch flutet. Die Dusche ist mit einer halboffenen Scheibe abgetrennt. Da spritzt man leider das halbe Bad voll wenn man duscht. Hier hätte eine Schiebetür geholfen. Das WLAN war für uns 3 von 5 Tagen ausgefallen. Abends etwas am Smartphone sein war dann eher schwierig. Alles in allem war das Zimmer mit Einschränkungen ok. Uns ist die Sauberkeit am wichtigsten. Was das Frühstück angeht. Der Frückstücksbereich ist sehr eng. Da kommt man sich schnell in die Quere. Es gab Toast und Croissants. Als Belag war käse(evtl. Gouda), Kochschinken 3 Sorten Marmelade und Nutella vorhanden. Alles in allem hätte ich mir da mehr Auswahl gewünscht(Salami, Camembert). In den Warmhaltebehältern gab es gebackene Bohnen, Würstchen(die für den deutschen Gaumen gewöhnungsbedürftig sind, ich würde sie mit gerolltem Pappkarton vergleichen), gebratenen Schinken(kein Bacon) und Kartoffelrösti. Man kommt ein paar Tage über die Runden.

Alles hat perfekt funktioniert und das Personal war absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Stylotel saved our trip. Our original accommodations didn’t work out, fortunately we found Stylotel. The helpful staff, the convenient location, delicious breakfast

Location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room had a terrible mold/mildew odor. After I mentioned it they did extra cleaning and placed an air freshener in the bathroom which helped mask the odor. I looked for a place with a lift because I was traveling with my 87 year old mother and the lift only took us part of the way, we had to go up a narrow staircase to get to our room. Breakfast was good.

The location was awesome. Great. The breakfast was great however, the room smelled like sewer. It was coming from the bathroom and never went away the entire trip.

Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good. Really good location. Had a lovely stay. Free drink at nearby bar was a bonus. Would recommend.

Fik et renoveret værelse, som var i god stand, super kaffemaskine. Dog meget lille værelse så man havde lidt "klaustrofobi" men da vi primært var ude at kigge på byen var det OK. Morgenmad var OK men ikke mere

Amazing staff

Hard to go to sleep sometimes, because you can hear the water in the pipes going down whenever someone upstairs is using the bathroom.

Staff were always helpful, polite and friendly. The room was clean and had a small fridge, safe and a TV. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was very compact, there was always hot water. Two towels were provided although each one not big enough to cover one’s òbody. Th e sun came in through the window in the mkt inv which w a good view of trees and the sun

10/10 Outstanding stay thanks to Andreas (99% sure I have that right😀)and the Stylotel team We stayed at Stylotel in London as a group of eight, which is no small logistical challenge in Europe, but manager Andreas made it effortless. He consistently went above and beyond to make our three days in London smooth and successful. Every request, every hiccup, every coordination issue, he handled it before it became a problem. That kind of hospitality is rare. Yes, the rooms are small. It’s London, that’s normal. What mattered more was how clean and functional everything was. The free breakfast each morning was just what we needed to get moving, and the location couldn’t be better, one block from Paddington Underground and only a short walk through Hyde Park to most of the places we spent time. If you’re looking for a stress-free base in central London, backed by a team that actually cares about your experience, Stylotel is it. Would absolutely stay again. 10/10.

Easy check in, room had everything needed for a basic stay. Stayed in room behind reception, and a fair bit of noise due to staff up & down the corridor (loud footsteps) which disturbed sleep, as did people leaving pub & walking past window (obviously not hotel’s fault). Room was clean & plenty of tea/coffee, I didn’t stay for breakfast.

The hotel is good and close to underground stations and no far from Oxford street but 3days we use the same towels for body and face the 3 ed day we wiped our face with our own tissue ( 👎 )otherwise I am content

You would barely were able to walk in the room. Extremely small and when sitting on the toilet you could touch both side walls and that includes the shower. The location is great and customer service was also great. It was clean. Not enough light in the room. It was very dark in the room. If I was going to stay more than one night would have definitely change hotel. But for the 7 hrs was adequate.

The location of this small hotel is perfect. The room was small but just for two people for 3 days was good enough. The breakfast was delicious, the best of this hotel is the staff, Andres in the front desk is the best, very helpful and nice. The rest of the staff, the other guys in the front desk and the ladies in the kitchen were excellent. I definitively will go back to this hotel again.

Small hotel that’s a couple blocks from Paddington station. Very kind staff, lovely room. Great deal on price. I would definitely stay again!
