環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。

Allowed to Park in front of the Hotel well before our check-in time and received a friendly welcome. The room was big, well appointed, cosy with a large comfortable bed and excellent bathroom

Lovely building and rooms, so had a very comfortable stay. Short walk into town so a good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside is steep stairs to carry bags and no bar. Lounge was just the breakfast room. So more of a B&B than a hotel but very nice but would have been better to have a bar and some food.

breakfast n/a as didn't stay for that, parking was OK, but didn't feel very safe. Room incredibly disappointing, shower needed a good clean, room overall was in an OK condition but lots of areas that could have been better, a tear in the carpet was dangerous, a strange noise from the bathroom all night plus shouting, doors slamming and lots of noise all night. Noise from the road was also an issue, but appreciate there's a limit on what can be done due to no secondary glazing/listed frontage.

Terrible stay all round. 1/ Rooms are not soundproofed at all - constant banging, screaming and crying from a child in a room above us that stopped at 1030pm, started at 430am and then continued thru to 630am and beyond. 2/ Room advertised as superior king however its two single beds pushed together without a mattress protector to cover both. Wouldn’t have booked if I’d have known this. 3/ There’s a two inch gap under the door which meant that we could hear everything and everyone in the hallway and reception as well as giving us the over powering smell of breakfast at 6am which permeated through everything. 4/ Road noise was pretty bad throughout. 5/ Air conditioning needs a service as it sounded like a loose or squeaky wheel or bearing which lasted the duration of our stay. All round this stay proved you just need to stick to chains (Marriot/Hilton etc) as the amount paid and the service offered were just not up to par with the brand name competition.

The breakfast menu was excellent, fresh and the coffee was very good. Parking very easy, had a space directly outside. Liked the books, magazines and Christmas decorations.

Gorgeous rooms, water pressure was amazing! Felt very luxurious. Staff were accommodating for us arriving early and letting us leave our bags so we could explore. Will definitely be staying again.

Room nice

Nice hotel in a good location but needs some love. The rooms were stylish but needed some maintenance including painting and the shower dripped constantly. Staff on reception were super lovely. Breakfast was average for the price and breakfast service was slow and aloof.

Wonderful quirky hotel with comfy beds and pillows. Excellent peaceful nights sleep. The Diner and pantry are great. Lovely staff. Will definitely stay again.

Spotless room, lovely staff, convenient location, great breakfast, good parking. Missing a bar but they have a great “pantry/larder” at the front desk for drinks and snacks.
