環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。

Great place

This is the second time I have stayed at the George and it remains one of my favourite hotels ever. It is superbly situated in Cheltenham, the rooms very comfortable, and the staff extraordinarily helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very helpful staff. Rooms in excellent condition and very clean. Doesn’t have a bar, but plenty of pubs a short walk away. Plenty of parking in public open air car park opposite. Free parking between 18:00 and 08:00. Full English breakfast was one of the best!

Our second time in this hotel, this time on the top floor. Not suitable for disabled due to number of stairs and no lift but not an issue for us. Lush shower, way comfy bed, quiet on a friday night and ideally situated. Perfect for our requirements

The George Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the convenient location and parking. The rooms are in so comfortable.

Great hotel for a nights stay in Cheltenham

Two flights of dark stairs and no lift. Good room but no extras. Good continental breakfast with full cooked breakfast paid alternative. Difficult to justify three-star status.

Entirely my fault that I didn’t spot on the Hotel details that this is NO LIFT. A member of staff did offer to help with the luggage though. The room No 42 looks out over the back of the hotel, pathway, carpark and a view of a church spire. The room was clean but tired. Paint peeling, a large stain on the carpet by the desk. The show leaks onto the floor. The rainshower head sprays everywhere. The toilet seat needs changing.The sink takes forever to drain. The towels were excellent, fluffy and pure white. The bedsheets were spotless and of a decent quality. The staff were unobtrusive but helpful. Its main attraction is the location. 2 minutes into town

This is a nice hotel in a great location. Stayed two nights. Very quiet and comfortable night’s sleep. Our only criticism is that there was no room to store clothes/belongings apart from a very narrow wardrobe. No drawers or shelves to put things on so other than hanging a couple of shirts everything else had to stay in the case. There was a small foldaway luggage rack to put your case on but this was fairly inadequate for even a small weekend case. A small drawer/shelf unit would have solved the problem. We would stay again though for one or two nights.

Beautifully designed bedroom with dark colours and panelling. It was a shame there isn’t a bar in the hotel, but walkable to everything

Friendly service, parking very limited however there is a public car park across the road. Rooms on the small side. Our air conditioning leaked all night and went all over the kettle and coffee machine so couldn’t have a drink in the morning. Was given a free coffee in the cafe downstairs.

Room was beautifully styled, bed and bedding very comforting. Staff were lovely and the free biscuits at reception and in the room were a lovely bonus! One minor issue: sound carried quite loudly from the corridor to my room (though luckily the hotel was quiet so only happened briefly/ a couple of times)
