有悠久歷史的一間酒店。職員態度親切。餐飲方面於店內享用了早餐及晚餐，水準不俗。酒店內部裝飾古色古香，符合全英三大最悠久歷史旅店之稱號。房間舒適，房內設施亦齊備。

It was an extremely welcoming and cosy place to stay. Our dog was made very welcome.

Unique place to stay. No lifts so be prepared to haul luggage up uneven stairs. Our roof was rather drafty and the provided extra space heater did not work. But the extra blankets for the bed were cozy. During the pub hours, music plays constantly (stopped at 11 pm). Overall a neat place with some interesting and unique history. Easy access via the 703 bus from Heathrow terminal 5. Staff was friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant had an amazing Sunday roast!

Great choice to spend the night, especially for an early flight. London center is about a 1 to 1.5 hr train ride. Very good choice if you've got a car and don't want to drive in the city. Surprisingly spacious room! Lovely place!

Really liked the 'old pub' feel of yhe place... combined with friendly bar staff..

Room was nice just a shame no seats in the bar for a few drinks luckily a nic bar down the road

The hotel is an old, historic building with the rooms above the pub. It’s noisy until the pub closes each night, but we knew that going in, so it didn’t bother us. The staff employees were awesome! The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good. The location is great. There’s a bus stop close by that takes you to Heathrow to get on the Tube.

Great, friendly staff - specifically a young woman with dark curly hair - can't remember her name - so friendly and helpful! Had the Eggs Benedict - perfectly poached eggs! Nice quiet stay - room was clean and the bathroom perfectly updated. Bonus - Mediterranean grill and a well-stocked convenience store right around the corner for those inevitable snacky moments. Also, the place is >slightly< haunted...

Very historic, unique place to stay. Restraunt/pub attached. Easy parking and super convenient grocery store within a 5 minute walk.

Simple few nights stay after flying in off long haul flight to Heathrow. Food is quality and room had everything i needed decent bed and shower. Maybe i’d include a bath tub next time pay the extra. Place with character also rather than basic hotels.

Lovely old building with a huge room. Decor was a little tired and areas behind roll top bath etc were not especially clean. Lots of scuffed paintwork and badly patched tiles etc. Bed was also a little short if you are tall. I was on my own so slept at an angle so was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful but there was an issue with their WiFi going down and payment not being available by card in the pub/restaurant etc. At about 9.00pm there was a huge fight that started in the pub I think and went outside. A knife was definitely involved and it was terrifying to hear. The hotel cannot help this but they didn’t come round to check on rooms or anything afterwards which would have been nice. Overall for the price it is a nice place and quirky choice near to Heathrow with free parking. Just lacking in a few details which would make it special.
