1階がパブで、２階が宿泊用の部屋になっています。由緒ある古い建物のようで、２階に上がる階段の高さが不均等です。転びそうです。私の部屋の内側には鍵がありません。就寝中に誰かが入ってくるのではと心配しました。思いついた時に、１階のパブに行って美味しいビールが飲めます。ヒースロー空港からは少し遠いです。タクシーで２０分ちょいです。

早朝のタクシーをお願いしたら、快く手配してもらいました。受付の方たちはバーの店員も兼ねています。とってもフレンドリーな方たちです。 バーに併設されているホテルは、内装は比較的新しいです。部屋は何となくそのリノベーションの匂いが残っており、少し鼻につきます。暖房は問題ありませんでした。Wifiの接続時に個人情報の登録をしないといけないのが面倒です。ヒースローの近くのホテルとしてはまぁまぁだと思います。Ｂａｒで食事ができますので、一般的なホテルよりは、おいしい食事とビールが楽しめます。

2nd time in 10 days we stayed here in between a US trip, Lovely staff and very welcoming. The food served is top notch. Highly recommended.

Rooms are charming, well appointed and clean. Shower really good. Breakfast first class. Stayed here a few times and never disappointed. Don't expect straight walls and stairs - they are not included in a place with this much history and charm! Staff very helpful and pleasant. Well lit parking. Minutes from Heathrow. What more could you want?

We booked the King John Suite, we loved the Inn pretty much, loved the design, the fact it’s old. The bathroom was lovely and clean, room also clean, however we had a few issues. Most importantly, that lovely looking bed had such an uncomfortable soft, spring mattress that we just couldn’t have a good night sleep. It’s really bad. Pub is on the high street with heavy traffic, nothing they could do about it but if you book this suit, consider that it’s very loud. Take an earplug with you. The last thing is the bathtub in the room… as soon as you see it you must try it… but unfortunately the plug doesn’t work properly so it leaks water, you can’t really enjoy a long bath because the tub gets empty pretty fast. Food was nice in the bar and convenient parking. I would book it again if the bed got the mattress that it deserves, if the bed is unconfortable, it ruins the whole experience. Overall it’s a lovely place, I recommend to book it.

Great place for Windsor and surrounding attractions and less than 20 mins from heathrow. Ideal for a short stay or longer. Good food in the restaurant and bar, room was a great size with separate loo and shower. Shower could do with a shelf fitted as there is no where to put soap etc. But would still recommend a stay.

Chanced upon this place looking to be close to Heathrow Terminal 5, its 10 minutes drive so ideal but the place itself is absolutely wonderful, full of character and lovely staff, great breakfast and good value too. I’m staying again in a week on my return it was that nice.

The staff's location and the quality of the food were commendable; we thoroughly enjoyed these aspects. However, we were dissatisfied with the room for several reasons. Firstly, it was uncomfortably cold due to insufficient heating, despite the presence of a small heater. The room failed to warm adequately, raising concerns that our young infant might catch a cold. Secondly, the bed was uncomfortable; the mattress exhibited the springs, causing discomfort to our back, and there was a significant gap between the bed and the headboard. Additionally, the pillows did not stay on the bed and slipped through the gap, which was quite bothersome. Overall, the room was noisy, with disturbances originating both from outside and inside, including the noise from a dryer in the ladies' toilet. In conclusion, the cost of the room was not commensurate with the quality and amenities provided.

Menu is not extensive and a couple of items weren’t available. Soup and mint-peas just warm, not hot. Room ok but looking a little tired. Proximity to Heathrow is excellent, otherwise really nothing to get excited about - there are better coach houses than this

My second stay here food’s good room was nice and clean. You can get a little bit of Airport noise good Parking good Wi-Fi good phone reception.

The room was great, very quiet, very clean. Staff were really nice. Pub was great to sit and relax, have a bite to eat. And the location - perfect for an early morning departure from LHR.

Brilliant room, fantastically old and quirky building, and wonderful staff. We had an evening meal and was disappointed the restarurant was closed but ate in the bar instead and food was good. The only downside is the hotel is not staffed overnight, so be extra careful not to leave anything in your room before 'checking out' as you will not be able to get back in, I stupidly left my car keys in the room and although there was nothing we could do on the day the hotel were super resposnsive in deling with my stupidity and we worked together on a solution - a lot of places would have responded differently so this was a reflection of good service which is to be applauded.

We didn’t even complete our stay, we left the room in the early hours of the morning because of the noise coming from a fan or something similar outside the room. Really disappointed.
