Need rooms cleaned every day

Lovely room with a spectacular view very clean and everything in that we would need.all staff extremely courteous as usual.loved our 3 night stay

Dirty lights didnt work shower flooded snd tv didnt work

Great position

We had a lovely stay, was upgraded to sea view due to there been a room available. It was a lovely spacious room, the Christmas decorations are beautiful this time of year. Nice bar area. Only thing i missed this year was the Christmas Coctails, they didnt seem to do any. I feel they were nice treat before. But otherwise we really enjoyed it all. Including the pool gym and sauna area. Thankyou

TV have no network and the key only one key so the room is nice but but bit cold

Room was cold told reception which they sorted it quick. Tv didn’t work NOT sorted. No toiletries shampoo shower gel nut got sorted as we went to reception and picked up. Over all not too good. Had an evening meal that was very disappointing, we were the last sitting at 19:00 and hardly any foood left just pickings. Told one of the girls serving that there was no custard for the little bit of crumble I’d found and she said sorry you’ll just have to have cream instead. Very very disappointed:(

Very welcomein

The checkin could have been more informative and friendlier - it normally is. More advice could have been provided re the temporary parking restrictions outside and, in particular, help should have been provided as to how to get to our room, as the lift wasn't working. Fortunately a chambermaid was very helpful and showed us and another man to our rooms. Other than that the staff were extremely helpful as usual.

Smelly bathroom which made the whole room smell. Window was missing a latch so it wouldn’t shut meaning it was noisy and very cold. No shampoo shower gel or conditioner. No coffee sachets. Sticky dirty spoon left in the cup. Marks/stains on the walls and curtains. Reception staff in the morning didn’t seem too interested or surprised. Room 422a is terrible. The whole floor around that room is very cold. We were advised that evening they were very busy and had no other rooms.

Beautiful stay all set up for Christmas. The only thing is that the swimming pool said it was warmer than it was.

Good location.

Hotel was good , however there were no food options when we enquired we had had a busy day arrived at hotel checked in freshened up went down to order food and we were told that no food was available, we then had to go out in the Rain and find suitable place to eat Apparently we were told we should have booked our evening meal , there was no mention of this anywhere in the booking process not did reception tell us when we arrived, would definitely not stay here again

The room was an ok size, as was the bathroom, however the beds (in a twin room) were not comfortable and the pillow was hard - so all in all it made for a not very good night's sleep. It would be helpful for each bed to have two pillows, which might have helped a bit.

Another enjoyable stay at the royal but a few issues with room this time.we had no lights working on entering room maintenance guy had to come to room and show us how to get them on ( switch behind bedside units ) lamp switches dont work.2 water stains on ceiling from previous leak which has brought wallpaper off wall near wardrobe.hopefully this was a 1 off as previous stays have been good.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Hotel decorations for Xmas creating a nice warm welcome.

Had to wait for about 25 minutes at reception to check in. Was given a room with poor lighting which didn't look anything like the pictures of the double room I booked. Was small and depressing. After asking for another room, was provided with a much more spacious one but the decor and the whole room was very dated. The windows were quite dirty, there were cracked tiles in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door was broken as someone seems to have forced their entry in there, the floor was completely uneven.
