整體感覺良好、房間面積ok la、浴室花灑水力勁、早餐豐富。

酒店的服務人員相當親切且熱心,還有美肺的送查到房間服務很體貼,整體不錯....唯獨蓮蓬頭的熱水不熱,且水很小,服務人員看了也無法解決....這點令人失望

Wonderful helpful staff on reception and the welcome was personal and genuine. The room was comfy and the bed was delightful. The breakfast offered plenty of choice hot and cold.

Great location, nice staff, good pricing. Rooms are a little tired and dated. Bathrooms old. Also if you have mobility issues so this isn’t for you. Even off the elevator there are stairs to climb.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff @ the desk were very helpful: holding our bags upon our arrival, then placing them in our room once it was ready. They also assisted us with transport and our bags upon departure. The breakfast was excellent, as was the attentive staff. Lastly, the location was very convenient to Marble Arch and Paddington Station and nearly nextdoor to a delightful and very good pub. When returning to London, this is where I will go!

The hotel was a great stay. I enjoyed staying here; the staff, especially at the reception, were exceptionally warm and helpful. The room I first stayed in would, however, need a touch-up; the room had a faulty toilet, and there was a water leak from the roof. I was, however, given another room the next day, which was quite spacious and beautiful. The hotel is in a nice location, you can easily access cafes and restaurants just around the block, and Oxford Street is about a 10-minute walk. I highly recommend it, I would definitely stay again.

This was a lower price than I normally pay and it did reflect on what we got . It felt like a boarding house not a hotel. The bathroom is small and dated. There was someone talking in another bedroom all night and it kept me awake. The location is good for Oxford Street/Bond Street. Personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again but if you’re on a budget, perhaps it’s okay for you. As long as you’re not expecting anything special.

Litet mysigt hotell. Vi kom på morgonen och fick vårt rum direkt, vilket alltid är skönt.

The staff were very polite and the rooms were clean. We would definitely stay there again.

We only stayed one night, but it was pleasant. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, the shower unfortunately had a strange shower head that was not adjustable enough. The hotel is very "quaint" and beautiful and feels cosy. One drawback is the system to get to higher floors - the lift took us to the second floor, but then had to negotiate the narrow stairs with luggage. However, overall our stay in early November this year was very nice.

The toilet seat had dried urine stain , rubbish on the floor. Reception had me wait while he was texting middle of our conversation. Hair inside the bath tub. Most disgusting hotel i stayed at, and i work 3-4 days a week out of town...
