We have stayed many times! The hotel is conceniently situated it has parking and is very clean and welcoming!

Great B&B in a beautiful listed building in a fantastic part of Bristol - a city with lots to offer and see. Breakfasts were excellent. All good.

Lovely hotel great staff

Staff were friendly. Didnt have meals. Eoon large and good temp. Bath in barhroom with hot and powerful shower. Jyst showe gel, no vodt lotion. Tea and coffee in room. Great for a nights stay

Fabulous hotel, Great location Parking and locker rooms

The hotel and room where excellent. Staff were all very friendly, room was spotless and the hotel is perfectly situated for all that Bristol had to offer. It was within walking distance of the SS Great Britain, the docks area, Clifton Bridge and the town centre. Alternative buses were very frequent and a bus stop was 20 yards away. The only issue would be the cost of the breakfast but overall excellent. A***

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very clean and good housekeeping each day. Set right in the heart of Clifton Village and opposite Victoria Square gardens to be able to sit in and enjoy the sunshine. Will stay there again when on another course and reccomend it to others.

Good location in quiet square this traditional property looked filled with promise. The welcome was not warm or friendly and the staff appeared to be focused only on process. The decor is tired throughout and there was no sign of flexibility on breakfast , parking or local attractions or geography.

Its always great staying here. Staff are very friendly and professional. Its a beautiful place and easy to see all of the best of Bristol. The location is the poshest part of town. Very good on site parking for a little extra a day.

Lovely period property in great location

A beautiful spot & wonderful kind staff The room was very comfortable,spacious & clean. Right next to lots of trees & beautiful birds The staff are really wonderful & helpful Great spot to stay in for Bristol, right next to bus stops when needed & a lovely walk through Clifton As it’s a listed building they don’t have a lift, so there’s a lot of stairs. It wasn’t an issue for me but they do offer help with luggage or maybe you can request a lower floor room. Was a perfect spot for me to stay, felt very at comfortable & safe

Spend a long journey here and really impressed. Wonderful team with brilliant manager!! Female friendly and pet friendly! The majority of their staff are warm and outgoing girls!!! Very cozy and chill place to be!!! Best local place for traveling, bus stop at their front door, 10 mins walk could lead to many landscapes and nice bars, shops and restaurants!! Have gardens just across the street for wonderful dog 🐶 walking. On top of that, 2mins walk to Bristol swimming pool and gym accessible for public!!! Suitable for sporty guys to stay !!! The reception team are always welcoming and supportive!! Rachel, Clara and Elena have done a fantastic job!!!They deserve further raise in salary. ❤️They are extremely friendly and strong 💪 enough to help guests with carrying luggage!! When ever guests have problems with room or facilities, they are always here with supportive attitude. The reservation here is not as that strict as other hotels, they could help you with specific requests like bath tub or so if guests called in advance🥰 The house keeping team here is also very nice with caring in details. Haven’t got the chance to know all of their name, but they’re so careful!!!Sometimes even help me folding with my pajamas on the bed when making up room. Taylor in the team is extremely helpful, she is everywhere, even helped kitchen hahah Breakfast here is also very nice, 14£ with starter toast, 1 main, 2 beverages and continental fruit salad, yogurt and cereals. comfortable stay. Good location for Clifton. Quiet overnight. Would have liked a bath instead of a shower room, but great other than that!

Had a warm welcome when we checked in. Our room was spacious & just what we needed. Considering we were close to the road, it really wasn't noisy (which was a relief) the location of this hotel is very close to the lovely local shops of Clifton. Highly recommend a little mooch & breakfast. I liked that this hotel had a car park. If I had to come to Bristol again, I'd definately return. Thank you!

Hotel was clean, tidy and staff were very friendly. Bathroom could of done with updating.
