A lovely deluxe double room on the 6th floor with everything we needed . Staff were very friendly and helpful , we could leave our baggage easily with them for a later check in and it was minutes to the theatre . Absolutely perfect for us .

Superb central location in the city. The team are all friendly and helpful. The room (king-size) was well sized with a comfortable bed, air con, kettle with a selection of coffee and teas, water, hairdryer, and a Freeview TV. The bathroom was clean and the shower large.
We were on floor 5 (6th floor) and couldn't hear the outside world and could barely hear others in the hotel (not sure if other rooms near us were occupied).

Elevators were out of service for most of my stay. Apparently this is not the only time this has happened recently. If you’re not ok with trekking up and down multiple staircases after a full day of sightseeing look elsewhere for a hotel!

The only thing that spoiled an otherwise perfect hotel experience was the noise made by cleaning staff in adjacent rooms. Talking loudly on a mobile while bashing a vacuum about. Everything else was excellent.

Great central location for all the shopping, theatres and bars. 7 minute walk from Oxford Street, Piccadilly, SoHo etc. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived at 1:30 and was freshly made up and felt clean and welcoming. The bar closed at 8:30 which was a shame but there are loads of bars and amenities nearby.

Great location, great staff. We booked a suite and I think the only reason it was labelled a suite was because of its unusable space (corridor) giving it extra square footage, not on!!! A suite to me would include a sofa to relax on for the extra money paid.
Also booked the suite as an upgrade since it was our anniversary to have a city view but all windows were dirty, fogged up and had mass amount of condensation that you could barely see out, very dissapointing!

We had a room next to a staff utility room and they were extremely loud with chatter and laughter. This was the case when we first arrived and in the morning whilst we we sleeping. Also started drilling for several hours during the morning too. The aircon didnt get very cold and the room we had didnt have windows we could open. Probably the worst hotel experience ive had.

Great location and very friendly staff! We had two rooms. They are very small, but not uncommon when in London. One of the rooms very clean, nice and no issues. The other room someone might have died in. Smelled terrible and cleaning had tried to hide smell with detergent. Don’t know what might have happened in the shower but we chose not to use it even though staying 3 nights…
