1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃

飯店離Shepherd's Bush地鐵站步行只需1分鐘，離Westfield 購物中心步行也只需2分鐘，Westfield購物中心樓下即是Waitrose超市，飯店位置十分優越。 可惜飯店沒有電梯，但只要開口，服務人員都樂意幫忙搬運行李。第一晚入住發現淋浴排水孔阻塞，排水非常緩慢，隔天一早告知飯店人員，其說會請房務人員處理，但晚上回到飯店，排水依然緩慢，再次請飯店人員處理，有立即攜帶工具和疏通劑前來處理，問題獲得解決。我們入住的是deluxe double 房型，房間雖小但勉強可打開兩個29”行李箱，但房間插頭少，建議如有兩個以上電子裝置需同時充電，最好攜帶USB多孔充電器。房間隔音普通，隔壁關門會共震，一開始會被嚇到，幾次後就習慣了。飯店有位貌似印度裔男性服務人員態度很好，很樂於提供幫忙，為此次住宿加分不少。

The overall cleanliness was good. The rooms were clean but very small. Almost too small as we had no where to store our cases and the wardrobe was too small to put our clothes away which meant we had to keep everything in our cases which was rather difficult as there was little room to access them on a daily basis. The rooms are best suited for an overnight or weekend.

Clean room, staff very helpful. My only issue was that the rooms are not sound proof and I could hear my neighbours late at night. Other than that it’s a great place if you want a place close to Shepard’s bush

Will very much consider staying here again next time I’m in London. Felt right at home, prime location for moving around London. Air Conditioning worked a treat. Well worth my money.
