Was a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Extremely convenient location for access to the train (tube/underground), made traveling to areas of the city super easy. Mall is also right there! Rooms (or least mine was) considered small, perfect for a solo person or simple couple. Enjoy.

L’hotel si trova in una zona multietnica e strategica perchè servita da mezzi pubblici. La stanza è molto ampia rispetto alla media di Londra, dotata di ogni comfort e pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile.

The hotel does the best it can with what it has, so on that front it’s good value for money, clean and well located. However, it’s super loud if you’re in the downstairs rooms, you feel the tube vibrate, and it’s really only good for one, max two nights and if all you need is to sleep.
The rooms are super tight, so hard to put suitcases down or do much but be on the bed.
Staff was very accommodating and pleasant when I asked to be moved to a better room, because my room was so loud it wasn’t livable.

3-day stay. Really pleasant.
The hotel is close to buses and the tube, with many shops within walking distance.
The room was very clean and the bathroom spacious.
However, if you are sensitive to noise, you may want to avoid this hotel. Personally, I don't mind the noise. My room overlooked the street, where traffic is constant until 11.30 pm to midnight.
I didn't try out the other rooms, which may be less noisy.
The staff were very friendly and available to answer any questions I had.

Hébergement à proximité directe du métro et d'arrêts de bus. Toutefois, le quartier est très bruyant la nuit.
Chambre un peu vétuste. Literie pas très confortable (matelas qui s'enfonce et lit petit). Chambre petite.
Logement propre. Façade en travaux donc pas de possibilité de voir l'extérieur depuis la chambre.

Very good for short London stay. Room small but comfortable. Very warm clean and well managed with very friendly helpful staff readily available. On a main road so there is muffled traffic noise, and some noise from the adjacent underground trains. But we enjoyed our stay and easy access to central London via Tube line.

I was having an operation on both my eyes at Optical Express White City on Monday and had to return the next day for a checkup.
I booked the room as it looked very clean (was) & was near Shepherd's Bush station, one stop from White City.
They were extremely helpful, especially on the Monday, when I had very restricted sight & even read the instructions on the medication out to me.

The hotel was fine but didn't meet expectations. It was very noisy (I was one level above ground floor and the street noise was constant), the walls were thin and the door had a gap all the way around that let in both light and sound. The walls and doorframes are dirty and in desperate need of a cleaning and painting. There's scaffolding up outside the building that blocks any natural light from the small, high window. The bed was comfortable at least and the staff seemed friendly. Also the fire alarm went off on my first night there around 4 am, a false alarm. The area immediately around the hotel didn't feel super safe but the hotel is basically on top of Shepherd's Bush tube station and an Overground station on the Mildmay Line which was nice, but Shepherd's Bush is not step-free -- something to note if you have a lot of luggage.

I was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. It's right next to the underground, a small grocery store, and a large shopping mall, but it's not noisy at all. The rooms are very clean and in good shape by London standards. Will definitely stay here for business trips going forward!

Lovely small hotel in a great location. Excellent value for money. The hotel appears newly refurbished. Everything is clean and feels homely. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Comfortable room and facilities. Low noise level considering the location. A great nights sleep!

Well the staff at the reception was horrible and very rude. Found a used condom in my room and the hotel hasn’t even apologised they just told me they will clean when I leave to which I demanded a new room.
New room was very dusty and filthy.
