Nice and spacious room and the staff were friendly. The option to drop bags off before check in was very helpful. Similar to others, I did find the noise from outside quite loud, but the location was great and very close to the station so the noise was

Excellent location, thirty second walk to station and very close to Westfield London and other shops/restaurants. The view was lovely and the walls were fairly soundproof which was great. The room was just a little cramped and extra amenities like shampoo/conditioner would have been great! But overall did the job well.
