Very close to the station.
Great air con
Staff were super helpful and efficient
Room was very nice and clean and bed was comfy.
Only downside was that there was a LOT of noise from the street.

I stayed for 2 nights and found the room was very clean and comfortable. I did read reviews of people saying the beds were small but I had no trouble and I'm 5ft 10 and weigh 15st. The air con was much needed too, especially in the heat we have had/having. Location wise is fantastic. Right next to the underground and a 24/7 supermarket. Also the area is very busy with lots of eateries. The only issue I would say say is, because it's a busy area, the noise from the traffic and crowds maybe be an issue for light sleepers. Other than that, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in London and I have been to London a few times now. Will definitely choose this hotel again

5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行
6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃

飯店離Shepherd's Bush地鐵站步行只需1分鐘，離Westfield 購物中心步行也只需2分鐘，Westfield購物中心樓下即是Waitrose超市，飯店位置十分優越。
可惜飯店沒有電梯，但只要開口，服務人員都樂意幫忙搬運行李。第一晚入住發現淋浴排水孔阻塞，排水非常緩慢，隔天一早告知飯店人員，其說會請房務人員處理，但晚上回到飯店，排水依然緩慢，再次請飯店人員處理，有立即攜帶工具和疏通劑前來處理，問題獲得解決。我們入住的是deluxe double 房型，房間雖小但勉強可打開兩個29”行李箱，但房間插頭少，建議如有兩個以上電子裝置需同時充電，最好攜帶USB多孔充電器。房間隔音普通，隔壁關門會共震，一開始會被嚇到，幾次後就習慣了。飯店有位貌似印度裔男性服務人員態度很好，很樂於提供幫忙，為此次住宿加分不少。

Clean, tidy and comfy room well located near to underground and overground stations. My only gripe is the aircon was temperamental and stopped working on our final night making for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Das Personal war wirklich super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Die lange vom Hotel ist aufgrund der Nähe zum Bahnhof wirklich sehr praktisch. Es ist ein wenig lauter, da das Hotel auch direkt an der Straße liegt, aber wenn man nachts das Fester zu lässt, ist das überhaupt kein Problem. Die Zimmer, sowie das Bad waren sauber und auch der der kleine Kühlschrank neben dem Bett war praktisch.

Fräscht rum med fungerande AC och möjlighet till att öppna fönstret. Våra vänner som bodde i annat rum hade dock bara takfönster.
Livligt utanför fönstret men det stillade sig mycket på kvällen.
Ligger strategiskt väldigt bra med kollektivtrafiken till olika platser i London samt Gatwick.
Hade önskat fler krokar till handdukarna i badrummet.
Något lyhört in till grannarna, märktes tydligt när de tittade på tv

Great location next to Tube, shops and restaurants. Really quick to get to the West End.
The room was lovely with comfy bed and nice shower.
You are on a main road so quite a bit of traffic noise but that didn't bother me.

Great value for money and loved the air-con and bottles of water provided with tea and coffee in the room - ideal when arriving on a very hot day.
Room was beautifully decorated and very clean and bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location is great - very close to tube station and Westfield shopping centre only a short walk away.
Our room overlooked the busy road and amenities so there was noise into the night but, despite this, we would stay here again.
