Good location. everything is good. Staff are nice. Room is big enough & comfortable.

Throughout our stay, the experience had been pretty great. The service was excellent as although the TV didn’t work and the air con had been leaking water, the staff quickly came to fix the problems. It had been splendid as we could store our luggage pretty easily. The choices of the food in the breakfast were pretty abundant with great quality. For instance, the bacon, croissant, the strawberry rhubarb cakes were mouth-watering. It would be even better if the juice can be fresher rather using the concentrated juice mixed with water. The location of the hotel was superb as we could access the tram and trains easily.

近火車站、觀光巴士上車點、芬蘭堡渡輪碼頭、多個購物商場及多個觀光景點。但房間設施殘舊、木地板有濃密污蹟、廁紙架拉動時廁紙架脫落、廁所有燈不亮、房間燈光昏暗、沒有沏茶設施。 酒店聲稱有 Best Price Guarantee，訂房時雙人房價每晚€131，約一星期後同一房型是€115，酒店不肯退回訂房兩間各三晚的差價€96。Expedia 方面則聲稱已終止價格保證。

This hotel really needs a fully refinishing with the whole building. Just the location was good. Also the luggage storage was great as well

i felt very disapointed about this hotel, 1. 1 hour late check out is not allowed but i had that allowance in all other finland hotels in my other stay 2. breakfast is very terrible, limited choice, crowded area, not clean 3. the room is very very very very small, water seepage is very serious in bathroom i will never recommend this hotel to peopl who are going to helsinki or stay in here again if i travel to helsinki in the future

I think that it is a good service experience.the room is little tight but enough to live. For me it doesnt matter. The frontdesk is good and professional. The breakfast i like so much especially the variouse types of tea. Of couse, the finland food is good. Very convenient！！Recommend！

Very centric hotel, our room didn't have windows, but was confortable, big bathroom, very good breakfast.

Huone ei ollut erityisen siisti. WC alakaapeisata puuttui vetonupit ja niiden ovet olivat puhdistamattomat ja ovien reunukset olivat valkoiset kalkista. Suihkun yläpuolella olevassa ilmastointikanavassa näytti olevan selvää homekasvustoajääkaapin, että omat virkistysjuomat (vedet ja limonadit)

Henkilökunta oli erittäin mukavaa. Huonekin oli siisti vaikka hotelli onkin jo nähnyt parhaat päivänsä. Äänieristys oli huono. Keskellä yötä pikkujouluista palaava porukka piti hereillä eikä ollut selvä mistä ääni tuli.
