Large room with large bed

Room came with air con. Which I couldn’t turn off. Set fan to 0 but still made a noise. And for a light sleeper was not good. Shelving next to toilet which was a potential hazard. New silicone required around shower area. No plug for basin. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice.

Good location. everything is good. Staff are nice. Room is big enough & comfortable.

Throughout our stay, the experience had been pretty great. The service was excellent as although the TV didn’t work and the air con had been leaking water, the staff quickly came to fix the problems. It had been splendid as we could store our luggage pretty easily. The choices of the food in the breakfast were pretty abundant with great quality. For instance, the bacon, croissant, the strawberry rhubarb cakes were mouth-watering. It would be even better if the juice can be fresher rather using the concentrated juice mixed with water. The location of the hotel was superb as we could access the tram and trains easily.

Huoneeen oven lukitus ei toiminut ja ovi ei ollut lukossa. Huomasin tämän vahingossa kun laitoin ovea kiinni. Kun ovta oli käyty " korjaamassa" ei avainkortit toimineet.jouduimme pyytämään hotellin henkilökuntaa avaanmaan oven.

Yövyimme sisarporukan kanssa. Huone oli rauhallinen ja siisti.Tilaa hyvin 4 hengelle. Hyvin nukuttiin! Pieni puute; hengareita vain 4 kpl. Jääkaappia ei ollut. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja runsas. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja auttavaista Kiitos! Sijainti hyvä rautatieaseman läheisyydessä. Tulisin toistekin!

A nice quiet hotel in a great location with a yummy breakfast buffet.

Conveniently located, walking distance to the train, tram and metro stations. Major tourist sites in the center are also nearby. Reasonably priced. There are a variety of dining options close to the hotel. Our family room was very well equipped, however the sauna in the room was not working and it took two days to repair it. Otherwise, highly recommended for business travellers, leisure and families with children.

Very good location, easy to walk to the most tourist attractions. Front desk people very friendly and helpful! Hot water offered at the lobby was an extra treat !

The first room we were in had non functioning lamps and a non functioning TV. The room ( like all others in the hotel) had no telephone so solving this problem required trips to reception. The receptionist had to come me to the room to inspect the problem as, at 4 or 5 in the afternoon, there was apparently no other staff member in whole hotel. We were offered a room change and accepted it. I asked about cancelling the next two nights based on this experience and whether we would get a refund for them ( we had paid for the room in advance). The receptionist could not answer this question but told me a manger would call me later. He did so but he couldn't answer the refund question either. I asked as told another manager would call me the next day but I received no call. I just felt worn down and pessimistic that any action would occur. This room was approximately AUD 500 per night. We were given a EUR 10 voucher The hotel's unstated policy is clear: 1. get the customers money and keep it while elevating the problem till the customer is worn out. 2. Maximise profit by having a receptionist run the the hotel after about 4pm

Posizione perfetta, centralissimo. Colazione abbondante e che soddisfa ogni tipo di esigenza. A voler essere pignoli l'hotel richiederebbe più manutenzione, la nostra camera non aveva finestre (ma era specificato), l'illuminazione della stanza era scarsa e il lavandino del bagno era rotto ma considerando la cifra pagata non si può chiedere di più. Struttura comunque perfetta se vi serve solo un appoggio dove dormire e fare una doccia.

Although some areas of this property could do with an update and/or thorough deep cleaning, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Some of the common areas and hallways weren’t the cleanest. Floors in our room required recleaning/cleaning upon our arrival but everything was smooth sailing after that. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Room temperature was comfortable. Breakfast and helpful staff couldn’t have been better. Location was very walkable with public transportation stops right out front. Central train station just a short walk away. I recommend reserving one of the rooms with a sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

La struttura e’ molto comoda a tutti i servizi Si trova in un posizione strategica. Una cosa è un po’ datata e il bagno non ha la cabina doccia quindi l’acqua della doccia innonda tutto. Letti molto comodo anche per utenti molto alti > 200 cm. Consigliato per il rapporto qualità prezzo

I reccomend "Family Sauna room" which gives some additional space for 2 adults and 2 kids. As many guest reviewed already, the facility is really old and outdated. However I should be fare to mention that staffs maintain them very clean and functioning. The location is perfect. Yo can reach from the main station on foot, or 1 stop by the tram or subway. Still the inside of the hotel is silent enough. Another highlight is the breakfast. We are really happy for the selection and quality. Fully reccomending to add it at the booking time.
