Hotel and staff were ok. Room a bit dated, with old dirty looking carpet. Hotel is overpriced for what you get. Food and drink also expensive. €14 for a plate of oven chips at the bar is excessive. 1L bottle of water at onsite shop was €7. Felt ripped off. Would not return

We had a great stay at the Grand Magic Hotel\. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland is a great bonus, although it can get very busy on the return journey from the park, so be prepared or consider the 30 -minute walk if the weather is nice. Overall, a lovely hotel and we’d happily stay again.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is conveniently located close to Disney parks with shuttle service. The pool was a bit unkept and did not look clean. Other than that, the rest of the property was great. Having AC during the heatwave definitely made it more comfortable.

Vi hadde et flott opphold på Grand magic hotellet i 5 netter. Rommet var rent og pent, og frokosten var veldig god. Hotellet levde virkelig opp til navnet sitt – det var rett og slett magisk. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Fint rummeligt værelse. Lækkert med gratis shuttlebus til Disney land hver 10 min. Kedelig morgenmad.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY

We really enjoyed our stay at The Grand Magic. The reception and whole downstairs area is lovely. The decor, colours and interactive screens do make it feel magical. Everything was clean and in good condition in the bar area. Nice places to sit and an outside area as well with inflatable slides etc for children. Although we didn't get time to make use of it! Breakfast/Dinner room was also clean and nice. Did not get time to use pool. We had a family room, one double bed and a bunk bed. The theme was constellations and our 6yo loved the moon light on the wall next to her bed. The room was clean but there were a few stains on the carpet and the bathroom was a bit dated. It was certainly adequate for what we needed and while it could do with some updating, it felt clean which is key. The air con did not work though, which did make the nights less comfortable but thankfully temps were only mid 20's. Any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, standard hotel selection of hot and cold buffet food. We ate dinner there one night and this was also good. A varied selection and we all really enjoyed what we had. It was the same price as eating in Disney Village though! We ended up using Uber's to get to and from the Park, as at times the bus looked too crowded (little one hates it!) and it was so much quicker. Would definitely recommend the hotel with opinion that downstairs is a 4 star hotel, the rooms are 3 star, some of which need updating.

Veldig bra buffe både frokost og middag. Romene er store og fine. Men gulvet og gulvteppe et skitne. Alt i alt hadde jeg bodd på dette stedet igjen

Slitt hotell. Basseng og garderobeområdet var slitt og skittent. Frokosten var dårlig, voldsomt med folk som gir kantinefølelse. Veldig lytt inn på hotellrommet, men rommet var for øvrig helt ok. Luktet urin i trappeoppgangen, pluss at vi så en stor edderkopp på veggen der.

Lovely staff, great place

Room 1211 we checked in late after spending a full day in the parks to wake up and see what can only be described as a poo smeared stain on the carpet which looked uncleaned and had gone un noticed by the cleaners. We informed reception about this as soon as we saw it and they looked at the picture they knew it looked like poo but said it was probably a coffee stain which is definitely wasn’t, they cleaned but it was still very much there so we had to keep out pram over the top of it to avoid our toddler treading on it. Otherwise the hotel was nice, breakfast was good enough.

Fint rom, hyggelig personale, bra beliggenhet, praktisk med gratis buss, god frokost og middagsbuffet.

Overall hotel is dirty, breakfast is ok but average. Location is good, pool doesn’t look very clean and judging by the overall hotel I’m concerned how well they maintain the chemicals in the water.

The service level in the restaurant was non existent, very expensive parking and the prices in their mini market even worse. Our children liked it so thats a plus.
