그랜드 매직 호텔 마른 라 발레

Fleck im Teppich, im Flur und im Zimmer war es muffig. Keine Klimaanlage, daher unerträglich heiß bei warmen Temperaturen draußen. Wir hielten es nicht aus im Zimmer zu schlafen, so dass wir vorzeitig nach Hause gefahren sind. Völlig überteuertes Hotel, keine 2 Sterne wert. Die Klima wird angeblich erst im Sommer angemacht. Wir glauben eher ( nach den Bewertungen im Internet), dass es keine gibt. Man bekommt keine Luft im Zimmer und wir empfehlen es keinem, da auch nach mehrmaligen Beschwerden nichts unternommen wird um die Mängel zu beheben.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel uses a strong perfume at the main entrance which is overpowering. The toliet at reception was not so clean with an odour which isn't a good reflection of the hotel. The family room with bunk beds for kids is basic, nothing fancy. The hotel does not provide bottled water in the room. No iron, required €50 deposit. Entrance to the pool area is smelly and unpleasant, very humid and stale. On the positive side, free shuttle to parks, and good breakfast. The bar is great with a large open space to relax after a long day. Personally, I should have paid a little more and booked the Magic Circus Hotel next door.

The reception area on arrival was full of people’s fast food rubbish. I noticed this on several occasion. The restaurant does not open till 6:30pm and the bar or room service does not offer children’s meals. Tea/coffee facilities are no restocked. Reception desk are very polite and helpful unfortunately the bar staff are not and quite rude definitely not a service with a smile. I would rate the hotel as a 3 star.

If you dont have a car. you will be very limited. public transportation will cost you 6 Euro. when i arrived they did not memtionned to me all the facilities of the hotel. i found out in my last day. NOt pretty cool. Toilett at the lobby was very dirty! Breakfast was only OK! i would not stay in this hotel next time! its not a cheap one! and its not a real 4 Stars hotel!

Great hotel for a Disney stay. The only thing that’s missing is an outside play area for younger children

Beautiful hotel, kids loved it! Had the 6 person family suite, was very big, didn’t feel crammed in at all!

Lovely room, very spacious. Cool light show un foyer. Not so keen on restraunt food.

Over all it was great, breakfast was really good. Room layout with bunk beds worked very well with us. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was a squash and a squeeze. It was very hot on the hotel room and there was no Aircon working but it was manageable.

An amazing experience for our first stay and visit to Disneyland. Hotel lobby and bar area magical. Rooms spacious and clean. Everything we expected and more.Will be certain to recommend and we'll be back!

Great night stay!

The property is starting to show a bit of wear and tear but it is still nice. Buffet breakfast was nice and certainly enjoyed by the family. We found the room a bit warm for us. Carpet in our room had a number of stains. Overall we were happy with our stay. We would be happy to book again.

We enjoyed our stay here,room was clean,food was excellent and staff were lovely.

We are obsessed with this hotel. The staff was amazing!! The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were so nice. The ladies in the store and the folks at the front desk were all fabulous and always had a smile on their face. The pool says it’s heated but it’s definitely freezing! They have a Starbucks onsite, which we were really excited about, but the staff that helped us didn’t know how to make the drinks on their menu, the bar drinks were fantastic though. We returned late one evening (9:45pm) and were told we couldn’t order food, but others were ordering food at the bar so I think some disconnect in what is available at what times in the evening. Outside of that, the stay was phenomenal and we would absolutely recommend to friends and family for their visit to Disneyland Paris.
